Biography

Mikhail Belov was born in 1990 in Moscow.

Graduated from Moscow State University of means of communication (MIIT) in the public and municipal administration.

• Started a career in the Federal Tax Service.
• Work in the field of information technologies of the beginnings in Federal Service for Labour and Employment, directed department of maintaining departmental information systems.
• During the period from 2012 to 2015 was engaged in different activities in Rostrud.
• 11.2015-08.2017 - The head in department of custom development of CNT Parus (since 2017 "CNT Plus)
• During the period from August, 2017 to May, 2018 headed project office of the project for EEU, being an employee of Consist Business Group.
• In May, 2018 passed into the sphere of road transport, for implementation of modern IT of technologies and innovations in the field of construction and repair of highways.
• 05.2018 - assistant department head of innovations and development of Vizir LLC
• Since 2018 - the First Deputy CEO of "The Innovation Technologists of the Transport Industry" company. Is responsible for project work of the company and internal processes in a number of the directions, supervises issues of digitalization, business process optimization of clients, work with partners.
• In 2019 confirmed the competences in project management with the certificate of Project Management Professional (PMI PMP). Except primary activity consultation, is engaged in mentoring, training in project management.
