Biography

Mikhail Belov was born in 1990 in Moscow.

He graduated from Moscow State University of Railways (MIIT) with a degree in state and municipal administration.

• He began his career at the Federal Tax Service.
• He began work in the field of information technology at the Federal Service for Labor and Employment, and headed the department for maintaining departmental information systems.
• In the period from 2012 to 2015, he was engaged in various areas of activity in Rostrud.
• 11.2015-08.2017 - Head of the department in the department of custom development of CNT Parus (since 2017, CNT Plus)
• In the period from August 2017 to May 2018, he headed the project office of the project for the EAEU, being an employee of the Consyst Business Group.
• In May 2018, he moved to the field of road transport, to introduce modern IT technologies and innovations in the field of road construction and repair.
