2016-2021

From 2016 to 2021, Oleg Motovilov led the MTS cloud business. It is reported that during his work as part of this telecommunications, he significantly increased the revenue of the cloud direction, made several M&A transactions and created one of the leaders in the cloud market in Russia.

Prior to joining MTS, Motovilov worked in various positions at R-Style, Domodedovo Airport and Caravan-Telecom (held the position of commercial director of Caravan).

2022: Appointment as new CEO of IBS DataFort

On August 15, 2022, the IT company IBS DataFort, part of VimpelCom, announced the appointment of Oleg Motovilov as its new CEO.

Motovilov moved to VimpelCom (Beeline brand) from the T1 group of companies. Since 2021, he has been a member of the T1 Board and Managing Director of T1 Cloud.

IBS DataFort offers cloud IT infrastructure and information security services. The company was bought by VimpelCom in December 2021.
