Biography

Andrei was born on September 15, 1983 in Moscow.

From 1993 to 1998 he studied at the Lyceum "Juvenes."

In 2006 he graduated from Bauman Moscow State University.

In 2012 he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

From 2006 to 2008, he worked as an engineer of the 6th category of remuneration at the ETS FSU Russian Scientific Center Kurchatov Institute.

From 2008 to 2011, he worked as an adviser to the Department of Scientific, Technical and Strategic Development of the Industry of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

In 2011, he worked as deputy head of the Informatization Department of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.

From 2012 to 2014, he acted as deputy director of the Department of Electronic Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

In 2014, he received the post of Deputy General Director of United Instrument-Making Corporation JSC.

As of February 16, 2016, Andrei Vladimirovich Chendarov is working as Deputy General Director of United Instrument-making Corporation JSC.

As of October 2018, he was Deputy General Director for Technical Policy and Technological Development of Roselectronika JSC.
