Biography

Alice Korzhenevskaya with honors graduated from the Moscow state open university of V.S. Chernomyrdin (at the moment - as a part of MAMI), the master of law, civil specialization.

From 2010 to 2011 as the senior specialist worked in JSC VimpelCom, the Moscow block of transactions and work with clients, department of regional development. Further held positions of the leading specialist / deputy of the head of department in the headquarters of the company and was engaged in the social and federal projects of the company directed to cost reduction on lease of positions, including, projects of utility telemetry, to video surveillance and connection of objects of social infrastructure.

From 2012 to 2013 held a position of the chief specialist on interdepartmental electronic interaction of the Department of Information Technologies (DIT) of the city of Moscow where was responsible for development and operation of a regional segment of electronic government of the city of Moscow.

In 2013 it was invited to work in Development department of the electronic government of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation where till 2014 held a position of the chief specialist expert, and from 2014 to 2015 - the head of development department of channels of delivery of electronic public and municipal services.

For years of work in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications was directly involved in project implementation on implementation SIEI in activity of authorities, including, versions SIEI of version 3.0 and regional data in pursuance of the order 1123-r, opening of Unified identification and authentication system service centers, the road map on optimization of customs procedures on a car - and shipping, creation of regional infrastructure of the electronic government in the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol and other projects.

In April, 2016 it is appointed the director of the department of development of infrastructure of the electronic government of JSC RT Labs.
