On August 28, 2017 the CEO of Russian Post Nikolay Podguzov provided to workers of the macroregion Moscow which includes branches of the enterprise in Moscow and the Moscow region, Alla Bondarenko who held a post of the head of this division.

The deputy CEO of Russian Post Sergey Malyshev who since January, 2017 in combination directed the capital macroregion completely will focus now on the main direction — development of parcel business and express mail delivery of Russia. According to the federal mail operator, under the leadership of Sergey Malyshev in postal telegraph offices of Moscow the Mail without Queues program which result was a universal elimination of queues and reduction of average time of customer expectation almost twice was implemented.

As the head of the macroregion Moscow Alla Bondarenko will continue reforming of capital division of the enterprise which assumes further quality improvement of services of a mail service, implementation of new formats of service, including continuation of project implementation on fight against queues and optimization of logistic network of the region.

As of 2017, Alla Bondarenko works about 4 years in structure of Russian Post. Earlier headed Department on work with consumers, and then Department of project solutions on development of network. Before directed the directions of large business structures of Russia and the CIS countries.

In July, 2018 Alla Bondarenko since August, 2017 directing the capital macroregion of Russian Post returned for work to management personnel of the federal mail operator where is engaged in implementation of large federal projects. Under the leadership of Alla Bondarenko in Moscow and the Moscow region more than 60 post offices were reconstructed.
