History

2019: Became Acronis the full-fledged owner 5nine

On December 10, 2019 the company Acronis announced TAdviser acquisition 5nine – global provider cloud managements of solutions and security for systems Hyper-V and Azure from Microsoft. Within the agreement on acquisition 5nine becomes the affiliated enterprise which is completely belonging to Acronis.

Acronis integrates technologies 5nine into the Acronis Cyber Platform platform that will allow to receive these services via the portal of cloud solutions Acronis Cyber Cloud Solutions. Solutions 5nine will allow service providers and to the organizations working in the field of IT to simplify management of cloud services, to create possibilities for business development and satisfaction of needs of the clients.

Together with 5nine Acronis will offer clients and partners easier way of transfer of workloads from physical or virtual IT infrastructure in cyber-infrastructure of Acronis Cyber Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure or on both solutions. Approach 5nine to consolidation of cloud migration, management, monitoring, the innovation tools and processes of management of workload allows clients to cover all five vectors of cyber defense – ensuring safety, availability, confidentiality, authenticity and security (SAPAS) of all data, applications and systems.
