Biographical reference

In 2003, Alexander Smorgonsky graduated from the Physics Department of Voronezh State University with a degree in radiophysics, defended his thesis on mass service systems in 3G CDMA/WCDMA cellular mobile radio communications, and received a Master's degree in physics. In 2006 he graduated from the International Institute of Computer Technology with a degree in economics - finance and credit, and in 2016 received an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the Moscow International Higher School of Business (MIRBIS).
