Biography

• Ryabov Alexey Andreevich was born on May 21, 1988 in Moscow.
• In 2009 he graduated from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation
• From 2006 to 2010, he worked as a specialist of the 2nd category, an expert specialist in the Department for the Development of Federal Relations and Local Self-Government of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Regional Development of Russia).
• From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a consultant, adviser in the department of regulatory regulation of the use of information technologies in the state department of the Department of State Regulation in Economics of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Economic Development of Russia).
• Since 2012, he worked as the head of the legal support department for projects in the field of the information society of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Communications and Communications of Russia).
