Rusnano implements 1C

On October 20, 2016 the Rusnano Management company announced request for proposals on creation and implementation of an automated system of accounting, tax and management accounting and budgeting based on "1C: Holding Management 8"^[1]. The starting price of purchase is 35.8 million rubles.

Rusnano implements the system of financial management based on 1C

According to terms of the contract, the contractor will have to perform all works within 7 months from the date of his signing. At the same time already on January 1, 2017 should will take place start in operation of basic functionality of a system.

The unified information system of financial management created in Rusnano should include such functional areas as budgeting and budget control, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting and treasury.

Integration with information systems of the customer "Salary and Personnel management" is necessary, for the IC "Cash flows" based on Microsoft CRM 2016 regarding unloading of information on the actual payments on projects of loading of forecasts for investment payments, WSS DOCS based on Microsoft SharePoint 2013 regarding directory synchronization of agreements and partners. Setup of sending notification to e-mail when implementing approval chains according to documents in 1C and support of the electronic signature of documents in 1C using the EDS of Crypto Missile defense 3.9 is also necessary.

The implemented system should allow to apply the updates released by 1C Company and also to have the potential for further expansion of functionality.

Applications for participation in purchase are accepted till October 31. Summing up is planned for November 22, 2016.
