2018: Purchase of the IT equipment for schools for 7.9 billion rubles
On January 10, 2018 the Moscow Department of Information Technology summed up the results of auctions on delivery of a computer hardware for capital schools within the second[1] and the third[2] of queue. The supplier of the first part of the equipment for 5 billion rubles was defined still a year ago. The Avilex company became it.
Delivery of the second queue provides transfer to schools of 21.5 thousand notebooks, nearly 10 thousand interactive boards, 622 servers and also the different communication equipment, the UPS and licenses of software products of Cisco. The total cost is 5.712 billion rubles.
Only one application from Sibintek company was submitted for this auction. It also became a winner.
Sibintek is one of the chief IT contractors of Rosneft and belongs to it for 49%. Revenue of the company for 2016 made more than 14 billion rubles (the 3rd place in Top-20 of IT insourcers). The largest contracts Sibintek were connected with the oil industry earlier. In 2016 it were engineering services and execution of works in implementation, adaptation and modification of information systems of Rosneft more than 2.2 billion rubles, rendering services in the field of IT, communications, industrial control systems more than 2 billion rubles, maintenance of means of oil-field automatic equipment and telemechanics on objects RN-Yuganskneftegaz, service divisions for the amount more than 1.2 billion rubles and others.
Delivery of a computer hardware of the third queue was played at an auction worth 2.213 billion rubles. The list of products is similar to the previous purchases, but in smaller quantity. The delivery scope, in particular, includes 7.3 thousand notebooks, 260 servers, 3.9 thousand interactive boards, switches, routers, access points, the UPS and program licenses of Cisco.
The only request for the tender arrived from DEPO Computers. Based on its consideration, the commission of the customer made the decision to sign the contract with this company.
Within the forthcoming deliveries winners of these two auctions will have to give to schools notebooks with screen diagonal no more than 14 inches (permission of Full HD). 8 GB of the RAM and SSD on 240 GB. On notebooks Microsoft Windows 10 the Professional OS 64-bit should be preset.
Servers should be based on 8-core processors with a performance not less than 11,000 units according to the PassMark test. Amount of RAM should be not less than 128 GB, the volume of HDD - not less than 20 TB (no more than 5 pieces), SSD - not less than 240 GB (not less than 2 pieces).
Interactive boards with the diagonal of the screen of 86 inches, RAM of 8 GB and SSD on 120 GB also as well as notebooks should be delivered with the preset Professional Microsoft Windows 10 operating system 64-bit.
2017: Purchase of the IT equipment for schools for 5 billion rubles
On January 31, 2017 the results of the first auction on purchase of a computer hardware for schools with the starting price of contracts of 5.075 billion rubles were summed up.[3].
Auction participation applications directed two companies - Avilex and Neks-T. The Avilex company was called the winner, it suggested to satisfy terms of the contract for 5 billion rubles. The request "Neks-T" it was estimated for 25 million rubles more expensively.
The main part from the total amount of the agreement – about 3.3 billion rubles, will go for acquisition of 7634 interactive boards (screen 84 diagonal", the i3 processor, RAM of 8 GB, SSD of 128 GB, Microsoft Windows 10 OS). About 770 million rubles will be spent for 14.5 thousand notebooks (the 14-inch screen, 8 GB of OZU, SSD 256 of GB, Windows 10 OS, a mouse, a dokstantion, a bag for carrying). About 220 million more will go for purchase of 646 servers (2 processors x of 2.1 GHz, 128 GB of OZU, HDD 32 of TB). On other means switches, routers, access points, the UPS and also licenses for software products of Cisco will be purchased.
Availability of the preset Windows 10 OS in notebooks and interactive boards is explained by the requirement to compatibility with the used software.
As reported TAdviser in capital IT department, complete replacement of the equipment will not be made. Schools have now no most part of the equipment which will arrive within this project. To purchase notebooks, interactive panels, servers, switches, routers and wireless points of Wi-fi are planned.
This complete set is created proceeding from the need to provide buildings of high and high school with the infrastructure sufficient for work with the electronic educational environment created in the city. It includes the electronic journal and the diary and also the city platform of electronic educational materials containing electronic textbooks, scenarios of lessons and other data.
For teachers of high and high school within two years it is going to purchase about 40 thousand notebooks. Their previous deliveries generally took place in 2010-2011 and, according to DIT, these notebooks in general developed the resource.
For pupils authorities of the capital are not going to buy the equipment.
In it there is no urgent need and the new educational environment allows to use in educational process own devices of pupils on the BYOD model, - say in DIT of Moscow. |
What to do with the old equipment will have to solve educational institutions. But as mass replacement of the equipment will not be therefore also mass release of the equipment is not planned, add in department.
In total within the next three years for a computer hardware for schools it is going to spend 16.5 billion rubles.
