Investing 40 million rubles in the creation of video conferencing systems

On April 5, 2021, the Haitek Scientific and Technical Center announced the investment of 40 million rubles in the creation of video conferencing systems. The project is being implemented on the basis of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone (SEZ). This was reported in the press service of the technopolis with reference to the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Alexander Prokhorov.

NTC "Hi-Tech" invests 40 million rubles in the creation of video conferencing systems

According to Gennady Degtev, General Director of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ, the development of the Hi-Tech Research and Development Center is designed to replace foreign platforms and video conferencing terminals used by Russian enterprises, medical and educational institutions, as well as executive authorities. By the beginning of April 2021, the localization coefficient of production has already reached about 60%, he noted.

According to Alexei Alyasev, General Director of the Hi-Tech Research and Development Center, the status of a resident allows the company to be a full member of the technological community that is formed in the special economic zone of Moscow. Preferences in the SEZ "Technopolice" Moscow "will help reduce the tax burden. The company will be able to invest the saved funds in new developments, including in the field of communications for remote communication, which has become especially relevant recently, Alyasev emphasized.

It is noted that by the beginning of April 2021, within the framework of the scientific and technical center "Hi-Tech," applied research is also underway, the development of a number of product areas in the fields of unified communications, including specialized versions of products for law enforcement agencies, and artificial intelligence.[1]

2018

Agreement with Rostec

In June 2018, Rostec State Corporation entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Hi-Tech Group of Companies, a multidisciplinary group of IT companies. Joint work will increase the export potential of domestic IT solutions

On the part of Rostec, the document was signed by Sergey Sakhnenko, General Director of Concern Automatics JSC, and Nikolai Ivenev, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on the part of Hi-Tech Group of Companies. Agreements on strategic cooperation were reached during the TSIPR-2018 conference, which is taking place these days in Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan.

The agreement provides for joint activities with the aim of developing unified communications systems, data storage systems, artificial intelligence and machine vision systems, as well as with the aim of popularizing domestic developments in the domestic market and increasing the export potential of Russian IT solutions. Avtomatika Concern will become a production site where the development of the Hi-Tech Group of Companies will be implemented.

2017: Plans to open a branch in Innopolis

On May 24, 2017, an agreement on cooperation was signed between Hi-Tech, the Ministry of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the administration of the Innopolis City Municipality.

The subject of the agreement, signed by the Minister of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov, Mayor of Innopolis Ruslan Shagaleev and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hi-Tech Nikolai Ivenev, − the implementation of measures for the implementation and development of innovative activities. In particular, the creation of high-tech jobs in Innopolis, innovative products and software, as well as the development and implementation of joint public and legal initiatives to stimulate innovation.

According to the terms of the agreement, Hi-Tech will open a branch in Innopolis, where the direction of development of IVA technologies telecommunications equipment will be transferred. It is also planned to form the personnel and reserve of the branch from among the graduates of Innopolis University.

2016: Opening of the direction of development of telecom equipment under the IVA technologies brand

Since 2016, the company has opened a new direction - the development and production of telecommunications equipment under the IVA Technologies brand.
