History

2023: Receiving part of Sergey Solonin's assets

In mid-December 2023, the management company of Solid Management JSC became the owner of part of the assets that previously belonged to the co-founder of QiwiSergey Solonin. We are talking about three startups - Kampus, Restik and Zerocoder.

It is reported that 55.23% of Theories and Practices LLC, which is a legal entity of the Kampus corporate training platform, was transferred to Solid Management. Until August 24, 2023, the corresponding share belonged to Solonin. Kampus emphasizes that the changes are related to the transformation of the legal form of ownership. At the same time, Solonin, as before, has "exclusive rights to this share." As of mid-January 2024, a 12% stake in Kampus is owned by LLC Hyve"" - this is a structure VimpelCom"" created for venture capital investments. Another 10% belongs to Nadezhda Makova, 7.59% each belongs to Alexei Ilyin, Alexander Limansky and Ilya Dolgopolsky.

Solid Management JSC received shares in three startups

In the platform of cloud services for cafes and restaurants Restik, Solid Management received a share of 13.05% (previously owned by Solonin). The founders of this startup, Oleg Suzhaev and Kirill Gusev, have 25.96% and 23.73%, respectively. Another 10% belongs to Haiv LLC, 8.6% each belongs to Edgar Klimov and Alexei Shestakov. Viktor Khristenko owns 4.2%, Andrey Danilov - 4%, Alexander Taran - 1.82%.

Solid Management also received 6% (corresponds to Solonin's share) in Zerocoder LLC, an online school that teaches development according to the no-code model (allows you to create websites and applications without the need to write program code). Other owners of the company include Oleg Dorokhov (29.32%), Sergey Petrakovsky (15%), Andrey Kholodiy (2%), Anatoly Solovyov (29.32%), Leonid Byakov (7.24%), Sergey Brazhnik (2%), Kirill Pshinnik (1%), etc.[1]
