2020: An opportunity to receive the free Kaspersky Safe Kids key

BARS GROUP added an additional opportunity to the solution "Electronic School of the Tyumen Region" – in the personal accounts parents of first graders can receive a free license key of the program of parent control Kaspersky Safe Kids. BARS GROUP reported about it on December 18, 2020.

The project was supported by the governor of the Tyumen region Aleksandr Moor and for December, 2020 is supervised by department of informatization of the Tyumen region.

One of the key directions of the national program "Digital Economy of Russia" is information security support, education of digital culture and instilling of rules of conduct on the Internet, in particular for children. According to Maria Rudzevich, the director of the department of informatization of the Tyumen region, the purpose of similar modern solutions is not ensuring total control of children, but first of all protection of the child against dangerous Internet threats whom it can face. It provides useful space for development of the child, and parents at the same time can not worry for his security.

To participate in the project it is necessary to download application which is available in shops App Store and Google Play, in a personal account of Electronic school and on the website "Kaspersky Labs". The application allows to control usage time of the device, to receive data about location of the child and battery power of the device and also to control requests in strimingovy platforms and video hostings.

The parent should protect the child not only in the real world, but also in virtual. Acquaintance of children to digital devices begins at the earliest age. And from the first class mastering of online space by the child becomes continuous as Internet technologies promptly develop and affect all spheres of life. Therefore such projects as Kaspersky Safe Kids, are very important and help to teach children to basic rules of the safe Internet. We are glad to an opportunity to participate in the joint projects ensuring children's safety and their successful development in the digital world, – the deputy CEO of BARS GROUP Anatoly Mladshev commented.

In total in the region it is going to grant about 13 thousand licenses.

2017: Scope Electronic Education system of 1200 organizations of formation of the Tyumen region

"Electronic education" — a system in development and deployment of which was engaged BARS GROUP company by request of Department of Education and Science of the Tyumen region. The following products became a basis for creation of a system:

• "Electronic kindergarten",
• Electronic school,
• Electronic college,
• "Electronic additional education",
• Contingent of students,
• "Portal-Obrazovaniye".

On September 14, 2017 BARS GROUP summed up the intermediate results of project implementation on informatization of education in the Tyumen region.

According to Rosstat, in the Tyumen region 67.7% of the population use an electronic method of receiving state services. With such result the region is among leaders of informatization with the most dynamic growth for the last 2 years and shows high potential for further development.

Among demanded and popular services among the population — the services provided in the Electronic Education system in which development and deployment the BARS GROUP company was engaged. The project started in 2012 and continues to develop. As of 2017, a system covers 1200 organizations of all education levels of the region — kindergartens, schools, colleges, the organizations of additional education. For the last year a system allowed to adopt over 6 thousand statements on transfer in kindergartens, about 14 thousand statements — in schools.

Use of the unified information system for educational institutions allowed to integrate it in 2014 with the federal portal and to construct a single system of analytics and the reporting for directors of schools, employees municipal and regional departments of education and science.

The Tyumen region became the pilot platform and for implementation of a regional segment of the Contingent of Students system in which information on education of the child gathers, creating that his electronic portfolio.

According to BARS GROUP, the popularity among parents and teachers was received by also mobile applications. They were downloaded and actively use more than 50 thousand users. The electronic diary with estimates, the schedule, homeworks and other useful information allows parents to learn quickly about how the child copes with educational process and in time to pay attention to changes in progress or admissions of occupations.

Thus, in the region unified information environment for all steps of education is created: kindergarten, school (including additional education), college.

In 2017 in the Electronic School system expansion of functionality for accounting of children, students is planned at home. Using the module it will be possible to keep the separate schedule, curricula for each pupil, the magazine of individual training.

In the Electronic College system it is going to implement the module "Hostel" on the basis of which information settling/eviction of students will be performed, to be maintained a register of stock, to be prepared the necessary reporting under accommodation and fullness of premises and so forth.

Similar complex approach to informatization of education will be able to provide continuous access to information and abilities to manage with the industry from preschool institution to university in unified methodological and technology environment, consider in the company.
