Biography

Marina Vladimirovna Novikova was born in Moscow.

Graduated from the Moscow state teacher training college of foreign languages of Maurice Thorez. In 2005 received the certificate of business administration of INSEAD school.

Worked in the Ministry of Foreign Trade, consolidation Sudoimport, the Trade mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Cuba.

In 1995-1997 – the administrative manager of human resource department, the training and development manager of Cadbury company.

In 1997–2001 – the human resources manager of Lucent Technologies company, then the HR manager of countries of Eastern Europe of the Avaya company selected from the structure of LT.

2001: The HR director in VimpelCom

Since 2001 – the HR director, and since January 1, 2005 – the vice president for organizational development and work with personnel in JSC VimpelCom.

2010: The head of the HR department in Skolkovo

In 2010 passed to a post of the head of the HR department of Skolkovo Foundation.

2013: The Deputy CEO in Metalloinvest Management Company

In 2013 it was appointed the deputy CEO for organizational development and personnel management in Metalloinvest Management Company.

2017: The head of the block of personnel management in Russian Post

On September 21, 2017 Russian Post announced Marina Novikova's appointment the head of the block on personnel management, organizational development and internal communications.

Victoria Lobanova who was earlier holding a position of the deputy CEO for personnel management, organizational development and internal communications made the decision to continue work out of the enterprise.

On December 12, 2017 it became known that Marina Novikova left a post of the head of the block on personnel management, organizational development and internal communications of FGUP Russian Post. In this position she did not work also three months. Marina Novikova was under direct supervision of the CEO of Russian Post Nikolay Podguzov[1].
