TAdviser interview with commercial director Sergey Lebedev

Over the past three years, a tangible trend of changes in approaches has emerged in the Russian IT services market. Import substitution ceases to be an emergency reaction and is increasingly turning into a strategic task: companies are building a long-term architecture based on local products, carefully considering the economy and risks.

Approaches to IT landscape design are changing: instead of choosing between a monolith and microservices, a composite architecture with flexible modules is formed. Individual solutions give way to platforms and ecosystems, and AI ceases to be a beautiful demo function and begins to bring a measurable effect. Against this background, low-code and no-code from the "sandbox for prototypes" turned into a strategic tool for import substitution, reducing migration risks and compensating for personnel shortages.

Sergey Lebedev, Commercial Director of GreenData, talks about how import substitution 2.0 differs from the first wave and why low-code becomes one of the pillars of technological independence. Read more here.

Confirmation of the status of the licensed educational site

The GreenData Training Center has received a license to carry out educational activities. The document confirms the compliance of educational programs and processes with the requirements of the current legislation and creates the basis for its further growth within the framework of approved standards. This is strategically important for corporate partners and customers who see training as an investment in the long-term sustainability of the IT landscape and continuity of key processes. The company announced this on January 26, 2026.

GreenData develops training and skills development for professionals working with the GreenData platform and solutions based on it. Educational programs are focused primarily on corporate customers and solve the applied tasks of introducing, developing and maintaining digital products in enterprise-level companies.

GreenData educational programs are built into the logic of the formation of competence centers for customers and partners. Employee training and skills assessment enables organizations to reduce reliance on external consulting, replicate solutions faster within the business, and ensure their further self-development.

The company notes that in recent years, corporate training is increasingly considered by business as an independent managed circuit, and not an auxiliary function. In the context of large-scale technological changes and an active transition to domestic IT solutions, it is important for companies not only to choose a platform or product, but also to ensure sustainable expertise within their own teams.

File:Aquote1.png
For us, obtaining a license is, first of all, a confirmation of the maturity of educational processes and methodologies that are used in working with corporate clients. We see that companies are increasingly highlighting employee training as a separate priority and laying down a budget for this, since the success of digital initiatives directly depends on the competencies of employees, - said Daria Glebova, head of the GreenData Training Center.

Special attention is also paid to assessing the level of competence within the framework of training. Training is complemented by expert knowledge and skills testing tools to help customers objectively understand the current level of teams, plan personnel development, and develop project roles. Based on the results of the training, students receive certificates of the established sample, confirming the passage of the program and the level of mastering of the material.

This approach allows companies to record the qualifications of specialists and use the results of training already at the project planning stage.

2022: Participation in the Low-code Day 2022 conference

Low-code technologies continue to gain popularity, and their use is becoming critical for business. At first, interest in solutions was determined by an increase in the speed of widespread digital transformation, then the issues of import independence and the quick replacement of foreign solutions became relevant.

All this gave a new surge in interest in low-code technologies, as they allow you to quickly and cost-effectively realize the goals facing the business, while taking into account the features of the company and meeting unique needs. The maturity of the low-code is underpinned by many successful business cases, and we have seen growing confidence in the technology.

At the same time, due to the increased demand for IT services, low-code platforms are growing like mushrooms after rain. Now almost all vendors of mono-solutions, such as CRM and ITSM, as well as vendors of such solutions as ERP, and almost all vendors of solutions on the market call their product a low-code platform or declare the presence of low-code functionality. Based on presentations, it often seems that such products have a similar set of tools: object model and screen form designers, automation and integration of business processes, business rules and others.

The question is, are these solutions really the same, and do they actually allow you to achieve your goals with the same efficiency?

Igor Savelyev, Sales Director of the Product and Partner Business Division, GreenData, will tell you about what requirements the low-code platform must meet in order for its use to best recoup the invested funds, and customers are satisfied with the products created with their help.

GreenData is a domestic IT company that has developed a fully import-independent low-code platform of international level that meets all the above requirements. For more than 8 years, the GreenData platform has been creating complex technological solutions for various sectors of business and the economy. The effectiveness of their implementation has been proven by the experience of the largest Russian companies.

With extensive functionality and flexible tools, the GreenData platform delivers high-quality execution of even the most complex and unique projects and accelerates the cycle - from business needs to a running business application.

GreenData will take part in the'Low-code Day 2022' conference, in which it will talk about the capabilities and benefits of an effective low-code platform, and answer all questions of interest.
