As part of the integration, dentists are able to batch send electronic documents directly from the patient's card. This allows you to optimize document flow and reduce the labor costs of employees of medical institutions for routine operations. Now the clinics that use "1C: Medicine. Dental Clinic, "can sign online contracts with patients, informed voluntary consents to individual medical intervention or refusals of medical intervention, consent of patients to the processing of personal data, patient questionnaires, as well as other documents of a medical institution, the templates of which are configured in the IIA to work with F.Doc.

Business, including medical, is actively translating communications with customers into an online format. Technologies allow medical institutions to adapt external and internal business processes to digital reality, taking into account the needs of target audiences: patients, medical and administrative personnel. Thus, electronic document management helps to build more effective interaction between the clinic and the client. In turn, F.Doc strives to make signing documents easy, and the procedure for making an appointment is comfortable and careful not only for patients, but also for employees of medical institutions, - said Mikhail Legchenko, director of the Paperless Office of F.Doc. - Seamless integration of F.Doc with "1C: Medicine. Dental Clinic "allows dentists who work in MIS to simply and quickly switch to EDO with patients, since the electronic signing option is built directly into the accounting system interface. Thus, the patient gets the opportunity to sign documents in the usual online format. The problem of long waiting for a queue at the registry or at the reception is being solved. And due to the optimization of the process, medical personnel can focus directly on providing professional assistance to the patient without being distracted by routine paper tasks.

We see how dental clinics are increasingly switching to electronic document management not for the sake of fashion, but for the sake of efficiency. Integration with F.Doc saves administrators and doctors from paper routines, speeds patient clearance, and increases customer loyalty. It is important for us that users can work with electronic documents directly in the usual interface "1C: Medicine. Dental Clinic "- without unnecessary actions and technical difficulties. This is a step towards truly digital dentistry, where technologies work for the comfort of a doctor and a patient, - said Boris Morozov, head of 1C: Medicine. Dental Clinic. "
