2019: Entering of KSED 3.0 into the register of domestic software

On January 17, 2019 the CROC company reported that the electronic document management system of CROC was included into the Unified register of the Russian software. According to the company, entering of a system of CROC into the register of domestic software will expand possibilities of state customers when choosing solutions for electronic document management.

Product KSED 3.0 allows to automate and integrate the document flow accompanying tens of business processes of the large commercial and state organizations in a unified environment. The platform of CROC simplifies maintaining the entering / outgoing correspondence, preparation and approval of documents, management of financial and technical documentation, organizational and administrative documentation of the enterprise, interdepartmental document flow, control of accomplishment of instructions, holding procurement procedures and so forth.

Key advantage of the platform for January, 2019 — a system scaling option when preserving performance thanks to flexible architecture. Tens of thousands of employees can work in KSED 3.0 irrespective of geography. One more feature of KSED 3.0 — the built-in designer of business processes who does a system flexible for setup under the solution of relevant tasks of the organizations. The platform adapts for convenience of work with often used and usual functions.

A system is available to work from mobile devices, and for operational approval of documents on smartphone integration of the tool of page is possible chat-bots. The solution interacts with any IT- an environment, including operating systems (Windows and Unix/Linux), the majority extended DBMS (from PostgreSQL to Oracle), and browsers (Chrome Firefox Safari and so forth). 2017: KSED 3.0

On December 12, 2017 the Croc company announced an output to the market of an electronic document management system of KSED 3.0 (The End-to-end system of electronic document management).

According to the statement of the company, it is a product, important for it. In it is mute experience and wishes of big customers, a large number of improvements is implemented. The product is capable to adapt to the developed infrastructure flexibly. The customer can install from scratch technology with all components for electronic document management.

Implementation in the created infrastructure - storage of electronic documents in the form of an ESM-system (Enterprise Content Management, a corporate content management system) is possible. The technology allows storage of files in the available ESM-platform. At the small volume of documents it is possible to store documents in the basis for data of a system.

"KSED 3.0" is created on the platform of a working environment of CROC JXFW (Java Extendable Framework). It can be adapted for the big distributed customer:

• maintaining the entering and outgoing correspondence,
• management of financial documentation and standards of the enterprise,
• interdepartmental electronic document management.

In a product the user interface is improved. The appearance is upgraded. The interface became easier, transparent, comfortable, adapted to different devices – it contains a lot of information on big screens and is rebuilt when using on small screens.

There is a possibility of carrying out on the main screen of the most demanded functions or, for example, the administrator can prednastroit usual feature set on roles. Search filters remain.

In a system the designer of business processes acts. He implements the international standards:

• the BPMN standard (Business Process Modeling Notation, a notation for business process modeling), supports it the majority of Business Process Management Suite and document management now
• CMMN (Case Management Modeling Notation, a graphic notation for modeling of cases)
• DMN (Decision Modelling Notation, a notation for the description of solutions and business rules).

CMMN helps to model the processes not really similar to the pipeline. DMN is a notation for the description of solutions and business rules^[1].
