Transition to IT outsourcing in the conditions of regime production — not an ordinary event. The specifics consist in tight restrictions on admission and on the time spent of staff of Onlanta and also whenever possible accomplishment of these or those works in production premises of the customer. In particular, on site arrangements of the printing equipment are possible only replacements of supplies, and for carrying out service and repairs it is necessary to export the equipment.
