The resort "Baden-Baden the Forest fairy tale" provides the high level of service with the help 1C-Rarus

On February 19, 2018 it became known that the 1C-Rarus company automated work of the thermal resort of "Baden-Baden" located in the Urals using industry solution "1C-Rarus: Management of health resort".

Considering development perspectives, "Baden-Baden the Forest fairy tale" was required for the resort a modern accounting system and managements which allowed to integrate work of divisions and also could be integrated with the program ACS PERCo which is responsible for access for guests to services of aquapark. Industry solution "1C-Rarus: Management of health resort" optimum approached under requirements. The developer of the program — "1C-Rarus" became the partner in the project.

In the territory of sanatorium not only constantly living guests have a rest, but also those who arrived to Baden-Baden at several o'clock just to bathe in thermal pools. For convenience of visitors in a complex club cards with the e-wallet are created. Stay time management which is conducted to within a second calculations in cafe and restaurant, payment of additional services are executed using a special bracelet. In the program it works as a unique identifier of the client. The guest of a complex can fill up the personal account at any time. Integration "1C-Rarus: Management of health resort" with the PERCo ACS programs and "Restart: The deposit and discount server" allowed to raise the service level and ensured safety and systematization of data.

Work of services of armoring and accommodation of guests is optimized. Service rate considerably increased. The responsible can fill literally in several clicks necessary parameters in a system.

In a system accounting of a power supply of guests is organized. Flexible parameters most precisely reflect requests of lodgers: someone needs a breakfast in number or the kids menu, and someone does not eat at all in the mornings — necessary detailed information is in the program that simplifies planning of loading for the next dates.

Implementation "1C-Rarus: The management of health resort" allows to organize conducting inventory accounting qualitatively. All data on work of restaurant, including data on cost value of the dish, digits on account termination assigned to number are considered in the program.

Opportunities for high-quality analytical work are implemented. A system allows to estimate activity of a resort complex from the different parties and to make the justified management decisions.

In further plans there is joint implementation of sale of tickets via the website and also development of additional opportunities on discounts.

"All main stages, including acceptance and eviction of guests, accounting and planning of a power supply, inventory accounting, work of cafe and restaurant, sale of hourly services, the reporting — everything is automated in "1C-Rarus: Management of health resort". We also aimed at it, we wanted that employees from different divisions worked in uniform base. We use the standard version of the program, specialists 1C-Rarus could "enter" in it all completions that as a result facilitates updating of a system. Also we work on integration of the website "Baden-Baden" with the accounting system. When this part of the project is complete, our clients will be able to book rooms directly from the website.
