Biography
Nurislam was born on August 15, 1960 in Moscow.
In 1982 got an education at the Moscow institute of the national economy of G.V. Plekhanov in 'economy and planning of logistics'.
In 1995 completed training in Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation in 'banking'.
Worked as the chief inspector, the engineer managing the sector of logistics of the administration of the State Committee of the USSR on physical culture and sport.
From 1992 to 1995 worked as the vice chairman of the board of KIB 'Alfa-Bank'.
Was the head of the Center of financial services of OJSC The Higher School of the International Business.
From 1995 to 2001 worked as the first deputy chairman of the board of Zenit bank.
From 2001 to 2002 affected positions of the advisor to director general for foreign economic activity and financial and bank questions of JSC Tatneft.
