The smart on-door speakerphone (the City 77) – the technology created within the Smart City project is designed to raise the security level of citizens and to create more comfortable conditions of accommodation.

2019: The version of "the smart on-door speakerphone" with face recognition function

On November 14, 2019 the State Corporation Rostec reported to TAdviser that the Avtomatika concern provided upgraded version of "the smart on-door speakerphone" with the updated software and function of face recognition. "The smart on-door speakerphone" allows to control the house adjoining territory and increases safety of residents, providing an operative communication with police and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The device is equipped with the color display with a diagonal of 4 inches and large-format IP FullHD the camera with face recognition function that allows to open automatically a door without key when approaching the resident to an entrance and to trace visits of strangers. Also the on-door speakerphone allows to open a door far off by means of the mobile phone.

"The smart on-door speakerphone" – an important element of a system of "The smart city". It not just the device for an input in an entrance, and an end-to-end system of security for residents of the house. The on-door speakerphone connected to the Internet is united in a single network with the security fire warning that allows the device to announce in the automatic mode in contact center of an emergency service emergency situations and to notify inhabitants of the house on danger. Also by means of the on-door speakerphone in case of need it is possible to contact independently emergency services, reported the chief executive of Rostec Oleg Yevtushenko

The control system of access and integration into outside surveillance cameras allow the on-door speakerphone to perform observation of the child at the playground. The individual transport also is under control of a system, the on-door speakerphone signals the owner or law enforcement agencies about possible stealing and illegal acts concerning property in time.

One more of features of a system – focus on specifics of the Russian market: the on-door speakerphone can not only use IP data transmission through Internet networks of any provider, but also transfer data on already existing analog lines without access to Network, noted the CEO of Avtomatika Concern Vladimir Kabanov

Testing of "smart on-door speakerphones" of the previous generation began in Moscow one and a half years ago. In particular, the pilot project is implemented Smart Quarter by the Government of Moscow in the territory integrating 7 apartment houses near Maryino. "The smart on-door speakerphone" is created by JSC NPP Signal of Concern Avtomatika in partnership with the Russian company "City 77".

2018: Integration of a system with city services

The Smart On-door Speakerphone system developed by Rostec passes final tests on integration with the systems of the Moscow city services of the emergency reaction, municipal and management companies, Russian Post and security companies. On May 4, 2018 the Rostec company reported about it. In Moscow the first "smart on-door speakerphones" can appear at the end of 2018.

According to information provided by Rostec company, Smart On-door Speakerphone which received the working name "City 77" is equipped with the color display with a diagonal of 4.5 inches and large-format IP FullHD the camera with face recognition function that allows to open automatically a door without key when approaching the resident to an entrance and also to trace visits of strangers. Also residents will be able to open a door the mobile phone using G-Open technology (the Apple Pay analog). The sensing technology of fingerprints of IDTouch can be applied to additional identification of the personality before opening of the lock. Such system will reliably protect entrances from swindlers with so-called keys - "all-terrain vehicles", at the same time for services of the emergency reaction – "ambulance", police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, easy access will be provided.

The on-door speakerphone connected to the Internet is united in a single network with the security fire warning that allows the device to announce in the automatic mode in contact center of an emergency service possible ignition and to notify inhabitants of the house on danger. The on-door speakerphone will be able independently to send the request to dispatching office at insufficient illumination of an entrance, will collect indications from metering devices of the electric power and water supply and will inform inhabitants on receipt of mail correspondence.

Synchronization of the on-door speakerphone with mobile applications on iOS and Android will allow residents to have data access worldwide: accept video calls from the on-door speakerphone on phone, open an entrance door from phone, browse broadcastings from the on-door speakerphone camera at any time. In the application information on existence of mail, planned declarations of housing and public utilities or electronic accounts on its apartment in a day/month and earlier periods will also be available to the resident, noted in Rostec company.

As the developer considers, "The smart on-door speakerphone" is capable will take care also of safety of children: parents will receive PUSH notifications on phone when the child leaves an entrance or from the territory of the yard. The individual transport of residents will also be under protection of a system which without delay will notify the owner on stealing attempt.

The Rostec company noted also other functions of "the smart on-door speakerphone" - an automatic call of the elevator on the first floor at an input of the resident on the territory of the house or in an entrance, automatic opening of a house adjoining barrier at a car entrance (at hit of phone in a BLE beacon area of coverage), receiving news from management company directly - through the application or via monitors at an entrance, the elevator or the apartment.

The cost of "The smart on-door speakerphone" will be from 40 to 50 thousand rubles. For residents of apartment houses it will be divided into the number of apartments. At the same time replacement of the "tubes" which are already set in apartments will not be required: the device can be unified, according to the developer, with the room subscriber structure of any producer. The smart on-door speakerphone has anti-vandal qualities: it is capable to bear strong blow by the hammer on glass, noted in Rostec company.
