Irina Kulnacheva was born in Moscow.
With honors graduated from the university of M.V. Lomonosov in a Clinical psychology.
In 2003-2011 worked in the Arthur Hunt company specializing in personnel consulting, assessment and search of heads and experts in the field of high technologies, financial services, production of consumer goods.
