Biography

Graduated from St. Petersburg State University of water communications and the Izhevsk state technical university in "communication networks and switching systems".

In 2001 Alexey began to work in branch of Radio Frequency Center of the Volga Federal District in Udmurtia.

In 2004 joined Tele2 command as the technical director of "Tele2 Izhevsk".

In 2007-2009 Alexey Dmitriyev directed integration of Telecom Eurasia network into Tele2 infrastructure in Krasnodar Krai.

In 2009-2011 headed technical service of the macroregion "Northwest" of Tele2.

From 2011 to 2015 directed directorate on construction. Along with 2014 coordinated work of technical directorate on integration of Tele2 networks with mobile assets of Rostelecom.

In 2015 Alexey Dmitriyev joined a macroregion command "Moscow" as the technical director. In different years of work in Tele2 brought into commercial operation networks in To Moscow, in Kaliningrad and Pskov areas, the Republic Karelia To Adygea, the Udmurt Republic, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Krasnodar Krai.

Since August 1, 2018 — the deputy technical director of "Tele2 Russia". In this position Alexey Dmitriyev supervises business planning and investment projects of technical function and also development of network in regions of presence of Tele2.

Alexey Dmitriyev made a big contribution to technical development of Tele2 in the Moscow region. Under the leadership of Alexey in the competitive network with a wide covering was built. Tele2 provided with a high-quality communication, including the high-speed Internet, 99% of the population of the Moscow region. It is sure, Alexey's examination will allow to increase efficiency of the technical function "Tele2 Russia", the technical director of Tele2 commented on purpose of Ritvars Kriyevs,
