Assemble Systems is the American startup specializing in information modeling of buildings (BIM) and management of construction data. The company offers SaaS platform, acting as the center of modeling of constructions for professional builders. In this solution drawings, a cloud of points of scanning, BIM model and other data which contact key automated control systems for production process and control of all its stages are flown down (project management, planning, the leadership in construction works, finance, etc.).

By July, 2018 the products Assemble Systems are used by 174 clients, in 1 thousand places and offices at which work in total on 12.7 thousand projects.

History

2018: Autodesk purchased Assemble Systems

In July, 2018 Autodesk announced Assemble Systems purchase. The cost of the transaction of the company was decided not to be disclosed. It is noted only that acquisition of Assemble Systems will not affect financial performance of the second reporting quarter which came to the end on July 31. Autodesk expected revenue in the range from $595 million up to $605 million.

Thanks to the transaction of Autodesk will be able to integrate SaaS platform, the developed Assemble Systems, with the project management system in a cloud of Autodesk BIM 360.

Before Assemble Systems purchase the Autodesk company cooperated with it and was an active investor.[1]
