The Planskan ELAR professional scanner appeared in BTI of the Vladimir region

On August 29, 2018 ELAR company reported that it equipped Bureau of technical inventory of the Vladimir region (SUE VO BTI) with a professional complex of scanning of ELAR Planskan of A2VTs.

According to the company, SUE VO BTI locates the largest archive of technical documentation on the majority of objects of capital construction of the Vladimir region. As of 2018 the archive fund SUE VO BTI contains about 730,000 inventory cases. State bodies and subordinates to them structures and also tax administrations use data from the stored accounting technical documentation as official information on characteristics, inventory cost and owners of buildings and constructions.

As it was reported to increase efficiency of providing copies on customer appeals, the Enterprise needs to carry out daily digitization of both the new arriving documents, and paper archives which are saved up over the years. Standardly high quality of scanning of the sewed affairs and the fastened documents is provided with existence of the professional equipment created by domestic specialists for work in the conditions of intensive operation. ELAR Planskan of A2VTs is equipped with the V-shaped cradle allowing to scan books and filings of a format to A2+ with incomplete disclosure (120 degrees). The scanning complex provides the speed and convenience of daily digitization that is important at high loading of specialists.

According to representatives SUE VO BTI to provide optimal terms of accomplishment of customer orders, processes through improvement of hardware of the Enterprise are constantly automated. Thanks to this equipment, it is going to organize work on the translation of accounting technical documentation in an electronic format, thus to reduce search time of necessary documents and also to ensure the maximum safety of important documents.
