Availability to clients of Netrika, including users of N3.Health

On July 25, 2019 it became known that the Netrika group, the center of examination in the field of solutions for digital economy, and the Russian medtech Doc company + announced the beginning of cooperation. Based on joint work clients of Netrika company will be able to use a quality control system of electronic medical cards of DOC+, including the medical organizations connected to a cloud service of N3.Health.

Our systems are information core of health care in 16 subjects of the Russian Federation. The system of our partner of DOC+ allows to build the transparent automated process of quality control of documents that as a result influences quality improvement of medical care in general. We are glad to offer the organizations which are already working with our IEMK service, one more functional service for health care and also are ready to offer our service for private clinics N3.Health to clients of DOC+, notes Vladimir Solovyov, the development director of the N3.Health project

Quality control of medical documentation is directed to decrease in number of medical errors and growth of satisfaction of patients, formation of transparent criteria for evaluation of work of doctors and also expense reduction of the medical organization due to process automation.

We aimed to find the partner having the acquired examination in the direction of IT for medicine and separating our standards of work with the medical organizations. For July, 2019 a system works mainly with protocols of general practitioners, pediatricians, therapists and gynecologists – within several months developers are going to add about ten more specialties. According to DOC+ use of a system allows to cut down expenses on manual verification of protocols on 50-60% or to increase quantity of the revealed errors at the same resources by 2-3 times.

Opportunities and structure of service

According to information for July, 2019, the quality control system of electronic medical cards of Doc + allows to build process of manual quality control of medical documentation and collecting of analytics by its results. The solution also automatically estimates the probability of existence in the medical protocol of different errors — from incompleteness of the collected anamnesis to incorrect diagnoses and appointments. Assessment of "correctness" is based on protocols of Doc + and the partners of the company checked by medical experts according to internal and federal standards.

Service consists of two parts. The interface part includes a workplace of the medical expert, a workplace of the doctor of higher professional grade or "the chief expert", the interface of the administrator and tools of BI analytics. The interface part also allows to build process of manual quality control of medical documentation, to approve rules of verification of protocols between different experts, to make the ratings of doctors and also to find problem zones.

The second part, automatic system, or the AI module, works in the background and estimates the arriving protocols by 15 criteria which list can be customized. The module appropriates to protocols scoring point in proportion to the probability of existence of hard errors. A system works as SaaS service: the clinic sends the depersonalized protocol and receives estimates in reply. Work with protocols is carried out in any structured format.

2018: The joint project with "The doctor is near"

On October 25, 2018 The Doctor Is Near company reported that together with Doc + successfully completed the joint project on adaptation of a system for automatic check of medical appointments on the basis of the AI technology developed by specialists of mobile clinic Doc+ and supplemented an algorithm of assessment of medical protocols with medical data "The doctor nearby".
