2018: Start of service of the managed printing

On November 27, 2018 Rostelecom declared the beginning of rendering in Moscow services for business "The managed service of printing". It is lease of the printing equipment (a black-and-white/color printer or the MFP) and its maintenance: installation, setup and service maintenance. The cost of service is calculated from the number of the made copies. Service is implemented according to the concept "Infrastructure as service" when lease of the equipment includes its complete technical maintenance. Shortly the service will be started in Central Federal District.

The service of pokopiyny printing is profitable to both small, and large business. One call suffices and our specialists will estimate requirements of the company, will pick up and will install the equipment. Further Rostelecom undertakes all cares. Ourselves will monitor the toner level, operability of printers and MFP. So the client should not buy the equipment and to create a stock of supplies. It does not need to invest in service and repair, to put the equipment on balance and to pay for it taxes. How many printed, it is so much and paid – and any cares. During optimization of a working space specialists of Rostelecom will evenly distribute load of the printing equipment. At the request of the client the organization of access to the printer and MFP through the password or the ID card is possible. So the company will limit the group of people, allowed to use of a printing equipment. If office network has no Internet connection, then service of the equipment is made according to the diagram. Otherwise data are automatically transferred to Rostelecom, and specialists of the company change a toner in time and also carry out maintenance or operational substitution, in case of breakdown.

In lease the printing equipment of Lexmark of A3 and A4 format is provided.
