Elar created insurance fund of accounting documentation of "The Sevastopol military and historical memorial estate" 

On April 3, 2019 ELAR corporation announced project implementation on creation of insurance fund of accounting documentation of the Sevastopol military and historical memorial estate. More than 15 thousand sheets of the Arrivals books of the state accounting containing information on museum objects are transferred to a digital form for further use in the end-to-end automated museum information system (AS Museum).

Funds of the museum for April, 2019 contain more than 200 thousand units of storage devoted to the history of the hero town of Sevastopol. The important place in fund collections is taken by relics Crimean and the Great Patriotic War of wars.

For us it is very important to save the exhaustive data on museum objects which are contained in valuable the information importance books of accounting of funds. In addition to safety of documents there is now an opportunity to optimize accounting hranitelskuyu activity, – the director of the museum Nikolay Musiyenko noted.
