Born on September 16, 1979 in Olenegorsk of Murmansk region.

2002

Serpukhov military institute of rocket troops

In 2002 graduated from the Serpukhov military institute of rocket troops (since July 15, 2009. Military academy of RVSN of Peter the Great branch Serpukhov) in "Automated information processing systems and managements".

From 2002 to 2009 - passed military service in the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation at the different positions connected with activities for restriction of armed forces and arms, strengthening of measures of trust in military area and the organization of control of their accomplishment by the State Parties of international treaties and agreements.
