On January 13, 2021 the Konica Minolta company announced release of the updated bizhub i-Series line model – the color multi-function printer of the bizhub C750i A3 format.

The print speed of bizhub C750i reaches 75 pages per minute in monochrome and 70 pages per minute in the color mode. The duplex automatic feeder works with speed up to 140/280 images per minute. The device can be in addition equipped with finishers with the built-in manual stapler and provides speed copy — for it difficult settings are not necessary.

The convenience of using improves the intelligent sensor of paper. It defines type and thickness of paper and automatically configures the necessary settings. The sensor helps to avoid paper jams, and as a result minimizes breakdowns and stops in work. One more of features of model — the big touch screen with the intuitive interface and a possibility of personalisation.

The printing bizhub C750i device has proper characteristics of information security. The MFP can complement with anti-virus solution of Bitdefender which will allow to control in real time all data passing through the MFP. Also it provides automatic and manual scanning of internal disks for search of viruses. The bizhub SECURE service helps to set the different access levels for memory protection and network settings.

bizhub C257i

On December 9, 2020 the Konica Minolta company provided model to the bizhub i-Series portfolio – the full-color multi-function printer of the bizhub C257i A3 format. The MFP has all potential of a line of i-Series and at the same time as the model of initial level, provides high performance at small costs.

The bizhub C257i model has 6 GB of RAM - it is three times more, than at "predecessors". The system memory is provided not by the hard drive, but SSD with an amount of 256 GB that provides higher speed of a read and write and also increase in productivity and decrease in energy consumption. In addition, also the risk of data loss decreases.

The bizhub C257i model can be equipped with the improved automatic feeder of documents and a finisher with a possibility of creation of booklets to 80 pages and function of a manual steplirovaniye. Scanning speed increased to 55 pages per minute in the one-sided mode, and capacity up to 130 sheets

According to data of InfoSource, A3 segment of color MFPs with a print speed from 21 to 30 pages per minute was the most sold in Europe in 2019 – 54% of sales in Western Europe and 73% in East were the share of it. In Russia this segment also in leaders also made 58% of all sales in 2019. The bizhub C257i device provides the high level of data protection thanks to the built-in anti-virus solution of Bitdefender. It carries out monitoring of all of the data passing through the MFP in real time or on demand and if detects viruses or malware, sends warning of threat.

Besides, on all devices of a line bizhub i-Series the bizhub SECURE service is available. Within service different settings for security of office devices and also memory protections of the MFP and network settings are established. If settings change, the administrator receives the notification from the Notifier application.

The touch Screen bizhub C257i provides easy access to all main settings. The intuitive user interface of the device is executed in style of the smartphone. And using the Personalize application also available through MarketPlace, each user can personalize a control panel and configure functions which will be available from the main menu.

The Konica Minolta company provided on December 1, 2020 monochrome printing devices of A4 format: bizhub 4750i, bizhub 4050i and bizhub 4700i. According to the statement of the producer, they have the high performance and advanced safety features.

Konica Minolta provided monochrome MFPs of A4 format for future jobs

Models have expanded amount of memory: 4 GB at bizhub 4700i and 5 GB at the bizhub 4750i and bizhub 4050i models. High performance of bizhub 4750i and 4050i is provided by a SSD disk on 256 GB which can be replaced with the drive of 1 TB. Thanks to it devices process data more quickly. Drive capacity in bizhub 4700i is 8 GB.

In addition, also scanning speed increased: for bizhub 4750i and bizhub 4700i it is 45 images per minute in the one-sided mode and 90 images per minute in the bilateral mode. Also devices can be equipped with function of detection of double submission of documents. The scanner automatically stops as soon as several sheets at the same time get to it – it prevents scanning errors.

Diagonal of the touch screen bizhub 4750i and bizhub 4050i is 10 inches, and bizhub 4700i – 7 inches. For work with devices long settings and training are not required. A4 model have the same architecture of IT6, as the operating A3 format bizhub i-Series line devices. Also provided MFPs differ in the compact sizes that is important for modern office, emphasized in Konica Minolta.

Bizhub 4750i, bizhub 4050i and bizhub 4700i devices interact with the latest version of the Open API interface that allows to integrate external applications into work.

In addition on the provided MFP models it is possible to set anti-virus SOFTWARE Bitdefender. Monitoring of the scanned files and assignable documents in real time allows to pass the decision and also to automatically protect devices from viruses. In addition, devices can be connected to the platform for remote service support.

Bizhub 4750i, bizhub 4700i and bizhub 4050i MFPs come to replacement to bizhub 4752, bizhub 4702p and bizhub 4052 devices respectively. In the Russian market the bizhub 4050i device is already available. The bizhub 4750i model will be available for sale in December, 2020, and bizhub 4700i – in January, 2021.

On November 5, 2020 the Konica Minolta company announced release on the Russian market of six monochrome printing devices of A3 format: bizhub 750i, bizhub 650i, bizhub 550i, bizhub 450i, bizhub 360i and also bizhub 300i. Models expand a product line of the MFP of the next generation of i-Series.

Printing devices of Konica Minolta act as intellectual hubs which help employees to switch smoothly between different tasks and simplify processes of office work. The functionality of devices extends thanks to the MarketPlace platform – it provides access to additional services and applications.

MFPs have the high performance which is provided by the quad-core processor, 8 GB of RAM and a SSD disk with an amount of 256 GB which can be replaced with the drive with 1TB amount. The print speed in models varies from 30 pages per minute (bizhub 300i) to 75 pages per minute (bizhub 750i). Besides, new printing devices provide faster warming up: for example, 11 seconds in bizhub 300i or 18 seconds in bizhub 750i.

All devices can be equipped with the intelligent sensor which automatically determines density of paper and type of the carrier and applies the correct settings, improving printing quality. The high-speed onepass automatic feeder of documents with function of detection of double giving, digital correction and big capacity helps to improve quality of work at office also.

In models with a print speed of 45 pages per minute above the onepass automatic feeder of documents goes in a set. Capacity of a tray of such device is 300 sheets, and scanning speed – 280 images per minute. Also new MFPs can be equipped in addition with finishers on 50 both 100 sheets of fastening and the integrated manual stapler. It allows to create documents of the big sizes.

Devices of a line i-Series have modern design and the intuitive user interface in style of the smartphone. The touchpad has the rounded edges and LED status lights, and its diagonal is 10 inches. At the same time the display can be inclined by 90 degrees.

The most often used functions are available on the main screen. Also on devices it is possible to install in addition the Personalize application for its individual preference.

In addition, devices of a line bizhub i-Series can be connected to the platform for remote service maintenance and diagnostics. Thanks to it a downtime of the equipment is minimized, and work becomes uninterrupted. Supplies – for example, a toner, can be replenished in the automatic mode in advance.

Also the anti-virus solution of Bitdefender is built in models. It traces all files and documents in real time, and in case of virus detection and the malware announces potential threat at once. Besides, the solution allows to scan the connected USB drives, network drives and folders that prevents spread of viruses on other devices.

In addition for security of devices and also data protection and network settings it is possible to use bizhub SECURE service. It helps to set settings for protection of a system disk and the data which are stored on it, automatic removal and rewriting of time data and also network security.

Bizhub i-Series devices confirm aspiration of Konica Minolta to ecological sustainability. They enter the rating of EPEAT Gold and conform to the strict Blue Angel standards. And the block of thermofixing and a low-temperature toner help to reduce energy consumption as during operation devices, and in sleep mode.

In Russia bizhub 450i, bizhub 650i and bizhub 750i devices are already available. Other models will go on sale until the end of the year.

bizhub 225i

On April 6, 2020 it became known that Konica Minolta brought the monochrome multi-function printer of the bizhub 225i A3 format to the market. This model differs in the compact sizes and is suitable for work even at small offices and in house conditions.

The printing bizhub 225i device can be completed with additional trays for paper which capacity if necessary it is possible to increase to 1350 sheets. It allows to save time of employees and to reduce number of breaks in work. This model supports work with a broad spectrum of carriers – they can be placed in five different trays. The device provides one-sided and also two-sided printing of documents.

Also bizhub 225i can be equipped with the two-sided automatic feeder of documents with a capacity of 130 sheets. With its help the device scans originals with a speed up to 55 pages per minute and automatically processes bilateral documents.

Thanks to eco-friendly design and a toner of Simitri HD with biomass, bizhub 225i conforms to the highest environmental standards. The device is certified in Germany according to the Blue Angel standard, and the TEC value corresponds to criteria of Energy Star 3.0.

bizhub C450i, bizhub C550i и bizhub C650i

On February 17, 2020 the Konica Minolta company announced entry into the market of three models of color multi-function printers of A3 format - bizhub C450i, bizhub C550i and bizhub C650i.

According to the company, the C450i, C550i and C650i model, as well as all bizhub i-Series devices, are developed according to the concept of positioning of printing devices. Within this concept of the MFP act as safe intellectual hubs which expand possibilities of digital workflows at office.

These devices have laconic design and a wide choice of functions. They became much more convenient in use thanks to the updated user interface, the screen of speed copy with design in the form of cards and to applications with the built-in hints. Also in the interface there was a technology of widgets using which controls can be added on the starting screen, thus reducing time for work with the MFP.

The print speed and copyings of bizhub C450i reaches 45 pages per minute, bizhub C550i – 55 pages per minute, and bizhub C650i – 65 pages per minute. High performance and quick response of devices is provided by the quad-core processor, 8 GB of RAM and the SSD drive with a capacity of 256 GB with a possibility of expansion of volume to 1 TB.

Models are equipped with the intelligent sensor of paper which can determine the weight of paper and type of the carrier that allows to prevent a jam of sheets and as result, to reduce costs for IT support and repair.

Bizhub C450i, bizhub C550i and bizhub C650i devices will replace the bizhub C458, bizhub C558 and bizhub C658 models. The bizhub C450i model for February, 2020 is available to the order, and more senior versions, bizhub C550i and bizhub C650i, will be available for sale in March, 2020.

bizhub 4000i, bizhub 5000i, bizhub 4020i, bizhub 5020i

On November 18, 2019 the Konica Minolta company provided to the Russian market four printing devices of A4 format: two monochrome bizhub 4000i and bizhub 5000i printers and also bizhub 4020i and bizhub 5020i multifunction devices. These models belong to bizhub i-Series – the line of multi-function printers of the next generation started at the beginning of 2019.

According to the company, bizhub 4000i and bizhub 5000i printers of A4 format meet all requirements to monochrome printing, and the speed of their printing reaches 40 and 50 pages per minute respectively. Devices have high performance thanks to the internal memory: bizhub 4000i has memory of 256 MB, and bizhub 5000i – 512 MB. Intelligent solutions, such as Wi-Fi Direct and Google Cloud Print, help to perform quickly tasks of users, and function of safe printing protects documents from unauthorized access. For the bizhub 5000i model not only authentication in the Active Directory, but also NFC technology is available to authentication on proximity cards.

Bizhub 4020i and bizhub 5020i devices are suitable for users for whom functions of copying, scanning and the fax for documents of A4 format on monochrome printers are required. The print speed reaches 40 pages per minute at bizhub 4020i and 50 pages per minute at bizhub 5020i, and the amount of their memory is 256 MB and 1 GB respectively. In addition to normal opportunities of printers, universal models have function of direct printing. Also bizhub 5020i gives opportunities of bilateral single-pass scanning.

The bizhub 4000i printer is a successor of bizhub 3602P, bizhub 4020i bizhub 3622 succeeds. The bizhub 5000i device replaces two models at once: bizhub 4402P and bizhub 4702P. The bizhub 5020i model replaces bizhub 4422. Bizhub i-Series printers will be available for sale in November, 2019.
