On May 31, 2019 the Gendalf company announced implementation of the Scan Archive program in Krep-Komp LLC.

As of May, 2019 document flow of Krep-Komp company is 70 thousand documents a year. At such scales in "Crepe Compos" the large-scale paper archive where documents only in the last two years occupied 9 cabinets collected. Accounting of the company is located at the main office in Moscow therefore it was necessary to store papers exactly there. But premises of office were not adapted for this purpose. With respect thereto it was required to create electronic archive in which it is possible to find and receive the necessary document always quickly. Besides, this task became relevant for the chief accountant when it was necessary to work in the remote mode.

The company management decided to set "Scan Archive". The program capability developed in Gendalf was suitable for the solution of the collected difficulties. In a warehouse of the company in Koledino selected the certain premises under archive of accounting documents where created also a workplace for scanning of documents in "Scan Archive".

With program installation documents became easier to be stored and controlled therefore also interactions of specialists among themselves accelerated. The main office "Krep-Komp" is in Moscow, and divisions, for example, a warehouse and online store – in the city of the Klimovskmoskovsky region. Before implementation "Scan Archive" managers and operators of document flow transferred documents of implementation to the main office of times a month. According to the results of the project to scan them and it is possible to load into base directly in a workplace at the end of the day. Besides, work with partners of the company became simpler. If it was necessary to request earlier and to specially scan documents in each case, then after implementation "Scan Archive" the manager himself finds the document in base, prints the scan image and sends to the client. The minimum quantity of time is spent for it.

"Thanks to the Scan Archive installation online access to documents both in divisions of the company is got, and during the work with partners and inspection bodies. It increased quality of our business processes. With implementation of the program there was an opportunity to analyze work of the department of the statement of documents which is in the Moscow region thanks to it it is visible how many in day occurs shipments at own expense and deliveries. This information helped to reduce costs for compensation and to increase performance of this department. To May, 2019 in electronic archive already translated all documents for 2018 and a part for 2017. We continue identification process the scan images, there is a debugging of a program runtime to incoming documents".
