2019: Announcement of the universal robot
On July 8, 2019 the Rozum Robotics company provided the universal robot for high-precision manipulations. These are robotic "hands" for accomplishment of a wide range of tasks: from welding works before sorting, packaging of goods and service of visitors of cafe.
According to the company, main advantages of the robot – simple modular construction and high power density of motors that allows to collect robotic "hands" with any set dimensions and power. Robotic "hand" works without external drives – the servo actuators and other elements providing mobility are located in "joints" of unique construction.
Robotization of processes and leaving from "manual" work – one of attributes of the Industry 4.0. Collaborative robots allow to minimize a human factor on production which requires the high accuracy and the invariable quality level. They can perform works on welding, cutting, soldering, assembly and also carrying out laboratory analyses, tests, etc. Such devices can also be used in retail. Program setup of the robot is carried out using the intuitive interface. Thanks to the small weight (about 12 kg), compactness and modular construction the device is easily built in technology processes.
In "joints" of robots servo actuators with the controller, the encoder and a wave reducer are placed - it is one of key competitive advantages of development. Production models with a diameter from 53 to 115 mm have a high torsional moment (up to 333 Nanometers) and the power, big for the dimensions (up to 450 W). The technology allows to make and custom modifications depending on customer needs.
