Zala AIVI

Product
Developers: Zala Aero
Date of the premiere of the system: August, 2019
Branches: Transport
Technology: Robotics

The AIVI technology represents the system of intellectual detection and object recognition on classes and type in real time onboard the pilotless device with a complete scope of the lower hemisphere.

A system uses modular cameras and artificial intelligence for the complete analysis of the spreading surface under the aircraft. It allows to increase the area of monitoring by 60 times for one flight and to reduce time of detection of objects in comparison with the existing methods.

A system is applied in total with the operating main target loadings, at the same time significantly reducing load of the operator at task performance.

The solution can be applied to aviation investigation, sea and ground rescue operations with ensuring coordination of search groups, to search of people in dense vegetation or the inhabited area. AIVI can also be used for ecomonitoring, detection of seats of fire, unauthorized dumps, deforestation, leak of oil products, etc., for detection of necessary type and a class of objects both in the cities and settlements, and in the reforested area.

A system increases the area of monitoring by 60 times for one flight, reduces load of the operator at task performance. AIVI provides the complex video image from a set of cameras along with a viewing angle 360 °, reveals and will recognize the hidden objects even in dense vegetation at vertical angle of overview 90 °. Processing of video flows onboard takes place in real time without transfer of large volume of data on a ground station of management. The software with AI is applied to classification and a categorization of objects. The new technology gives the chance of simultaneous recognition and classification more than 1000 static and moving objects, instant creation of orthophotomaps with the resolution up to 100 Megapixels and also accomplishment of photographing of the spreading surface with the minimum delay without direct participation of the operator.
