On November 15, 2019 "Yandex" and PIK group  announced start of a management system for the smart house "PIK. Smart". " Yandex.station " with the built-in voice assistant Alice which manages light, climate, sockets, the TV in the apartment is its cornerstone.

Using the Rubetek application on the smartphone it is possible to control opening of doors, an expense of the electric power and a leakage of pipes and also to watch the events in the apartment from the smartphone screen through a video surveillance system. Setup, technical support and a guarantee are already included in cost.

System "PEAK. Smart" can be purchased as that who only buys the new apartment, and that who already received keys.  The cost of a product does not depend on apartment metric area.
