Association of consortia, design centers and enterprises of the radio-electronic industry — consolidation which primary activity consists in coordination of subjects of the Russian electronic industry for the benefit of implementation of the national strategy of development of electronic industry till 2030 and providing backlogs of leadership in long-term perspectives.

Main objective of activity of Consortium is assistance to development and improving competitiveness of the radio-electronic industry of the Russian Federation.

Project work of consortium is conducted by the working groups created within committees. The subject and tasks of committees approve by Board.

Key task of work of each committee — to make a real contribution to development of the radio-electronic industry.

2019: Agreements with NCC, Lanit and AiTeco for the purpose of promotion of the Russian electronics

The association of consortia, design centers and enterprises of electronic industry announced on December 12, 2019 TAdviser the conclusion of strategic agreements on the joint and approved activity in the field of dynamic development of the Russian market of an electronic equipment with such IT companies as National Computer Corporation (NCC), Lanit and AiTeco which consolidated revenues exceed 400 billion rubles.

The agreement is signed in the presence of the vice-chairman Governments of the Russian Federation Yury Borisov by the chairman of business council and the board member of Association Nikolay Ivenev with the president of NCC Alexander Kalinin, the managing director "LANIT Integration" Murat Marshankulov and the president of AiTeco Shamil Shakirov.

The parties intend to combine efforts on market promotion of hardware and hardware-software solutions of the Russian producers that should lead to increase in a market share of the Russian electronics in general. It is expected that consolidation of the largest players of IT market should increase the number of implementations of domestic radio-electronic solutions in IT infrastructure of the enterprises and organizations from various sectors of the economy.

One of the major points of the signed agreements is accomplishment of joint projects and programs for promotion of interests of producers of the Russian electronics for stimulation of development of domestic solutions, formation of common offerings about making changes in regulatory legal acts. In addition, the parties agreed about joint discussion of the strategic questions connected with development of policy in technical and trade areas with the organization of government relations, etc.

"According to the Strategy of development of electronic industry of Russia until 2030, the total revenue of the organizations of electronic industry should increase almost by 3 times and reach 5.4 trillion rubles. And growth should be provided generally due to production of civil appointment. For the purpose of achievement of these indicators Association, being a responsible participant of strategy implementation of REP, took the initiative of creation of the platform for dialog between domestic manufacturers of radio electronics and the largest system integrators of Russia — Nikolay Ivenev, the chairman of business council and the board member of Association of consortia, design centers and enterprises of electronic industry told. — It is no secret that system integrators are some kind of "engines" of the market of ICT products. System integrators stand behind the choice of these or those solutions and, certainly, the choice of vendors which will be involved within the specific project at the customer. I will note that the technology backlog created for the last decade in the industry allows the Russian producers to apply for more essential extent of presence in the ICT market. For December, 2019 the Russian enterprises of electronic industry perform release, or are at high readiness to different serial production of products. The purpose of business council of Association is increase in popularity and availability of the Russian products both among integrators, and among consumers.
