Edition of the program for automation of shops of home appliances and means of communication received in the spring of 2012 the certificate 'Compatibly!' 1C companies. This product which is prepared for release of 1C-Rarus and 1C company goes through a stage of pre-sale preparation. Affirms that with its release shops will be able to automate work with the range including home appliances, cell phones, computers and component parts. The program will allow to optimize business processes on exchange of old products for new with surcharge (Trade-in), to acceptance of goods in repair and on warranty service. Developers claim that this product will be suitable both for single shopping facilities, and for networks.
The program is released within a line of 1C: Retail intended for automation of retail chain stores and single shops of a different profile. Use of new edition of the program in the modes thin or the web client is admissible. It will allow all employees, except for the cashier, to get data access of information base at any time and from any geographical point.
"1C: The shop of Home appliances and means of communication" expands functionality of the standard solution "1C: Retail 8" for automation of shop and for work with the specific range (home appliances, cell phones, computers and component parts) and business processes (exchange of old products for new with surcharge (Trade-in, acceptance of goods in repair and for warranty service) cellular shops, shops of home appliances, electronics, computer equipment as in option of single shop, and retail network.
The main functionality of industry solution of 1C: Retail 8 for automation of shop:
- Design of arrival of goods from the partner on warehouses of shop, including in the two-phase (order) mode;
- Design of sales of goods and services to the partner, including in the two-phase (order) mode;
- Design of movement of goods between shops, internal warehouses of shops, shops and warehouses of the enterprise, including in the two-phase (order) mode;
- Trade in the sets of goods created both at the time of sale of goods and with preparation of a set (transaction "complete set");
- Design of returns of goods from buyers (mechanisms of automatic creation of necessary documents at return are implemented in the RMK mode "Not To the day");
- Document creation of inventory of goods ("Inventory of goods", Goods write-off, Goods receipt);
- Design receipt and cash payment orders directly in shops;

In a configuration "Retail 8. The shop of home appliances and means of communication" for automation of shop is implemented the mechanism of registration of serial numbers of goods in documents of acceptance, implementation and warehouse documents. The indication of serial numbers generally is not obligatory, however for required types of the nomenclature there is a possibility of setup of the obligatory indication of serial numbers in documents. The mechanism of package creation of serial numbers on the template set by the user is implemented.

In the solution "1C: Retail 8" for automation of shop the mechanism of accounting of goods under repair is implemented. Goods control accepted in repair, transferred to the third-party service centers and issued in substitution is implemented. Accounting is under repair executed both for goods of clients and for own goods of the company. The mechanism allowing to accumulate total repair cost depending on the performed operations is implemented. There is a possibility of registration of own stages of repair, the reflecting features of repair in the company. Payment of repair can be made through RKO or the check of the CR.
The information bases created on the basis of industry solution "by 1C: Shop of home appliances and means of communication" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, have an opportunity for work in the mode of the distributed information bases (DIB) with clear split of document flow on shops where information on all shops of network is consolidated in the RIB main node. Mechanisms of automatic initiation of exchange are provided.
Also "1C: The shop of home appliances and means of communication" can automatically communicate with a managing information system (back-office) in a full duplex. As a managing system for "1C: The shop of home appliances and means of communication" can be used by 1C: Trade Management 8 of edition 10.3. In a managing system it is possible to create an unlimited number of nodes of a configuration "1C: Shop of home appliances and means of communication" which in turn can be the main nodes of the distributed information base.
Mechanisms of user administration of information base of remote nodes of RIB from the main node "are provided by 1C: Shop of home appliances and means of communication" system administrator. For example, in the RIB main node, the system administrator can create (to edit, appoint roles, interfaces, to reset the password) the user of information base of a remote node and also to have access to up-to-date information about settings of the users of cybersecurity made in the configurator mode (or the enterprises) directly in the RIB nodes.

1C Company informed in March users and partners on release of edition 2.2 "Shop of Home Appliances and Means of Communication" configurations, the joint solution of 1C Company and 1C-Rarus Development center.
When developing new edition "1C: Retail 8. Shop of home appliances and means of communication", results of implementation and operation of a configuration in more than 4000 enterprises of the industry among which there are T2 Management Company Rus LLC, Bely kompyyuter LLC, El Dorado-Prikamye LLC and many others were considered.
The functionality of the software product is complemented with following features:

- The pipeline scheme of goods acceptance allowing to reduce the spent time and labor input by creation of a large number of new nomenclature positions in a system.
- The mechanism of recording and video of fixing of actions of the cashier is updated, record of actions can be kept from several cameras at once, for example, one camera fixes actions of the cashier, the second the buyer. It is possible to manage settings and to browse records of video not only in a workplace in shop, but also at the central office.
- In the workplace of the cashier (WC) the possibility of payment acceptance using a payment service of QIWI is implemented.
- Process of movement of goods between shops is simplified, the bezorderny scheme is implemented. Goods write-off from a remaining balance in one shop and receipt of these goods in other shop is performed at the time of document posting "Movement of goods" in the relevant information bases. Execution of warehouse orders at the same time is not required.
- Data exchange with a configuration "1C:Enterprise 8 is implemented. Management of the service center" for receiving an operativnoyinformation about the course of repair and its cost.

Industry solution "1C: Retail 8. Shop of home appliances and means of communication" it is intended for automation of single or network shops: cellular shops, shops of electronics, home and computer equipment allows to do business by home appliances, cell phones, computers and component parts.

The shop of home appliances and means of communication" helps to organize accounting of trade inventories in warehouses of shops, the cash accounting in cash desks, accounting of the goods transferred to the third-party service centers and issued in substitution.
