The main functionality of the industry solution "1C: Retail 8" for store automation:

Control of goods accepted for repair, transferred to third-party service centers and issued for substitution was implemented. Repair accounting is carried out both for customer goods and for the company's own goods. A mechanism has been implemented that allows you to accumulate the total cost of repairs depending on the operations performed. It is possible to register your own repair stages, reflecting the peculiarities of the repair in the company. Repair payment can be made using the RKO or check of the cash register.

The information bases created on the basis of the industry solution "1C: Home Appliances and Communications Store" on the "1C:Enterprise 8 of" platform have the ability to operate in the mode of distributed information bases (RIB) with a clear division of document flow by stores, where information on all stores of the network is consolidated in the main RIB node.
