2020: Announcement robot tracker
On April 17, 2020 the CROC company reported that together with the partner Infobot developed the voice colleague robot who will support employees in achievement of daily plans. On the one hand, it will help thousands of office workers to save motivation and not to wean from team work, and with another - will allow managers to build the simple and effective system of accountability of departments for work in the remote mode.
According to the company, according to the research HeadHunter, about a third of Russians uncomfortablly to execute the job duties of the house. In particular, for 34% of survey participants a key lack of the remote mode - the shortage of the working atmosphere. As prior to a quarantine most of employees never worked at "udalenka", there are difficulties with combination of job and household chores. Also because of transition to the remote mode, there was a lot of management reporting which before employees conducted in more simplified form or simply discussed personally.
To simplify sharp transition of CROC and Infobot created the robot tracker who communicates with employees several times a day on working and even private matters. It helps employees not only to support a working rhythm and to be focused on planned, but also "plan facts" reduces time for digitization. And heads of departments using the robot obtain information on the carried-out tasks and observance of the KPI company in the shortest possible time and without additional efforts. Besides, such tracking of tasks will help to see as fast as possible subjective or objective restrictions for accomplishment of tasks and to react to them.
The idea came to us from our clients. It is heavier to manage remote workers, than it seems. The robot is very universal. He is capable to ring round 200 employees a minute and to collect any necessary information.
