2020: Possibility of increase in safety of operation of difficult infrastructure facilities

On April 29, 2020 the company "Russian space systems" reported that the developed system of the high-precision monitoring of shift of engineering constructions (HPMSEC) allows to minimize risks of emergence of emergency situations and to optimize operating costs of infrastructure facilities. In a priority order it is going to equip with a system railway and petrogas objects and also other difficult and unique engineering constructions.

VMSIS

According to the company, in the next plans implementation of VMSIS on railway bridges in the Amur region and also on a number of objects of an oil and gas sector – the gas pipelines, processing plants located in difficult climatic conditions with "floating" soil where control of shift of constructions is especially relevant.

Our perspective purpose – to adapt system operation algorithms for application on moving objects, for example, on pilotless vehicles and modern high-speed railway transport.

VMSIS is own development of RKS. Its implementation is conducted since 2015. A system already successfully works at Bugrinsky automobile and Komsomol railway bridges through the Ob River in Novosibirsk, at the railway bridge through the Zeya River in the Amur region and many other objects.

VMSIS

At the heart of work of VMSIS signals are used navigation satellites GLONASS GPS, Galileo and Beidou. On controlled objects the measuring modules accepting signals of satellites and measuring distance among themselves and also the acceleration sensors allowing to estimate precisely dynamics of shifts and other equipment are installed. Information from them it is processed using developed in RKS software. All measurements remain that allows to recover hour, daily and seasonal shifts of structural elements with an accuracy of millimeters.
