2020: Release of the Russian-language chat-bot
On May 7, 2020 it became known that Atos, the company in the field of digital transformation, started own version of the Russian-language chat-bot with advanced functionality.
The chat-bot includes the solution Robotic Process Automation (RPA) which allows the staff of the company to use time spent earlier for routine transactions for more important strategic tasks. This product meets the sharp need of the market for the Russian-language voice interface.
The solution is constructed on the SAP Conversational AI platform and also equipped with the voice interface allowing to perform bilateral information exchange in Russian practically on any device including the PC, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, hours, etc. Thanks to integration with SAP Fiori Launchpad (a working space of users) and also glubky modification of the interface for compliance to the Fiori-principles, the product will be especially interesting to the companies of the CIS countries using a stack of technologies of SAP. And existence of integration with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation will allow to get rid of accomplishment of routine transactions and to focus on acceptance of important strategic decisions.
The chat-bot concept as the virtual product allowing to interact with SAP via almost any device was for the first time provided in 2019. In 2020 solution integration with Circuit and other messengers will be carried out, support of telephony will also become available to English-speaking audience.
We are going to expand considerably the list of the display formats supported by our chat-bot data. Also we will carry out integration into messengers and other NLU platforms, we will add a feature for installation of the solution as expansion for browser Google Chrome, told Yana Shabanova, the director of the department of business applications and platforms of Atos in Russia

The Beta-version of the solution for the staff of Atos in Russia is already available in different messengers, voice assistants to Yandex Alice and Google Assistant, supports a possibility of embedding on web resources. Search of HR forms, the corporate websites, accounts in social networks and instructions, holding polls, newsletters – the solution for May 7, 2020 includes more than 150 skills, and detailed study of the concept of communication allowed to make it more informal and adaptive.
