2020: Delivery of 28 thousand cameras to 1.5 thousand educational educational institutions

At the end of 2019 ElVIS-NeoTech (Rusnano portfolio company) together with "The national center of informatization" (enters into Rostec Group) began deliveries of video surveillance systems of the Russian development within implementation of the national program "Digital Economy of Russia". The national program provides, including, complex equipment of educational institutions of the country video surveillance systems and security monitoring. On June 15, 2020 the Rusnano company reported about it.

The total amount of delivery in 10 regions of Russia was more than 28 thousand cameras in 1.5 thousand general education educational institutions. A main objective - security of pupils and also creation of a technology basis for distance learning. Till 2024 the Ministry of Public Education is going to equip with security systems more than 43 thousand educational institutions within the federal project "Digital Educational Medium" entering the Education national project.

Cameras are going to be used for control of security on an input and an exit from school and also for video surveillance in classes that will allow to ensure safety at lessons and to broadcast them for remote training. For application the IP cameras of the VisorJet Smart Mini series intended for high-quality video surveillance in premises are selected from schools.

• VisorJet Smart Bullet mini is the compact camera with high technical characteristics. Thanks to an ultrawide angle lens with the fixed focal distance of 2.8 mm, the camera is capable to control a viewing angle more than 120 °.
• VisorJet Smart Dome mini is the dome camera in compact execution.

Regarding complex software, on servers the video surveillance system with computer vision of Orwell 2k of development of ElVIS-NeoTech company is installed (enters the register of domestic software).

Distinctive feature of the Mini series is the compact size, existence of a highly sensitive matrix with powerful noise reduction, compensations of a background flare and infrared illumination of the last generation thanks to what cameras are capable to conduct monitoring even in the conditions of bad illumination. The compact sizes of cameras are relevant for application in classes. In devices the video analytics algorithms capable in the automatic mode to distinguish and notify on smoke, fire emergence, the left subject and some other undesirable situations are preset.

For the purpose of further program implementation and providing educational institutions with the necessary equipment, the ElVIS-NeoTech company and Rostec Group are going to increase technology partnership and discuss possible formats of cooperation.

Cameras of the Russian development allow to guarantee characteristics of the received video image and to weaken dependence on foreign developments and supplies of equipment. Now products of industrial level became available to mass application at the Russian schools. Thanks to the subsidy received from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in 2018 to us it was succeeded to create the product demanded within the national program.

The domestic technologies created with participation of RUSNANO in Russia were demanded for implementation of national projects. Smart cameras ElVIS-NeoTech create "material resources" for formation of a complex digital medium at the Russian schools and expand possibilities of distance learning which importance it is difficult to underestimate after experience of a pandemic. For further support of projects in the field of digitalization and "end-to-end" technologies within the Digital Economy national project of RUSNANO created a private equity fund which in 2020 will begin financing of the first projects. The fund will be focused on the key technology directions of the national project.
