In MFC of the Amur region the cryptobiocabin for execution of the international passport will appear

2020: Upgrade of the AIS

On June 19, 2020 the BFT company announced the project on upgrade of the AIS MFC Amurskoy of the region. In MFC the possibility of rendering services in issue of the international passport using the device of self-service of citizens – cryptobiocabins will appear. Also within upgrade of the AIS MFC the version of the MFC portal for visually impaired citizens will be implemented.

Within upgrade of the AIS MFC Amurskoy of the region process of an execution of the international passport with participation of PTK "Kriptobiokabina" will be implemented. At filing of application on the international passport from the applicant it is required to obtain data of two types: metric (Full Name, date of birth, data on the identity document, etc.) and biometric (such as photo and fingerprints). Metric data are entered in the statement by the operator of the AIS MFC then from the AIS MFC they through SIEI go to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Biometric are going to PTK "Kriptobiokabina" and go through SIEI to the Ministry of Internal Affairs means of PTK "Kriptobiokabina" having independent connection to SIEI. In order that in the Ministry of Internal Affairs it was possible to connect the data obtained from the AIS MFC with the data obtained from PTK "Kriptobiokabina" at execution of the statement in the AIS MFC its individual number which is a part of transmitted data forms. This number is printed from the AIS MFC in the form of the barcode, and then PTK "Kriptobiokabina" is read out, and also transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with biometric data. So the Ministry of Internal Affairs will receive a complete set of the necessary data integrated by the code. After passing of all procedural checks to the Ministry of Internal Affairs data will go to Goznak factory for production of the international passport. The ready document through the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be sent to MFC for issue to the citizen. To activate the international passport, the citizen when receiving will need to confirm once again biometric data, having scanned fingerprints in a cryptobiocabin.

For execution of the international passport with validity period of 10 years the citizen will need to submit the application to the operator to MFC. The operator will register data of the applicant, will issue the individual barcode and will send to a cryptobiocabin for delivery of biometric data. In a cabin it is necessary to scan the barcode and to follow voice instructions and hints on the screen. The voice assistant will suggest to scan fingerprints, to take the picture and also to scan the Russian passport. Further will report that the request is issued and will inform on date of issue of the international passport. For obtaining the ready document it is necessary to address MFC operator in the appointed date. The operator will issue the international passport and will send to a cryptobiocabin for activation of the biometric chip in the passport, otherwise it will be invalid. After verification of the applicant the chip will be activated.

Thanks to PTK "Kriptobiokabina" a design in MFC of the biometric international passport validity period of 10 years without the additional appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for delivery of biometric data will be possible. It will simplify process of obtaining the international passport and will make it more convenient for citizens, consider in BFT.

Within upgrade of the AIS MFC the BFT company will expand functionality of the MFC Amurskoy portal of the region. The version for visually impaired citizens including such opportunities as will be implemented: the contrast black-and-white scheme with the choice: in black and white or on the contrary, the increased fonts with a possibility of the choice from three options and also a possibility of inclusion or shutdown of an output of images. Thanks to implementation of the version for visually impaired with the opportunities limited on sight it will become more convenient to citizens to use the MFC portal. And services of MFC will become more available.
