2021: Configuration for dairy and farm producers

On September 9, 2021, Taxcom announced the creation of a solution for dairy producers and farms to work with labeled goods. The service is built on the 1C platform and is a configuration that collects and processes information from various sources, allowing you to generate documents in formats approved by the Federal Tax Service.

Specialists "Taxcom study the needs of each industry and understand how to launch a digital service, not violating, but integrating into production processes.

"We went to farms a lot, conducted interviews, collected and analyzed information. Farmers told us about their problems, and we looked for solutions with our own resources or with the help of partners who already have ready-made services. There are many difficulties. However, the variability of our approaches makes it possible for our customers to start processes on time, "said Sergey Zhukov, head of the Taxcom labeling project.

One of the possible ways to solve the problems of labeling goods for farms is "Station Scannings." The proposed solution does not violate current ones, business processes does not change, but accounting systems complements with the necessary functionality. Result - work with electronic documents is automated, requirements for handling marking codes are met.

In addition, the solution offers the following options:

• The "scanning station" is integrated with the National Catalog (NK CHZ) and with the Order Management Station (CPS), so it is convenient to describe the goods and send the product card for moderation.
• Order marking codes, enter sales, generate aggregation, write-off and shipment (DL) documents.
• The function of filling documents with marking codes using various equipment.
• Check the codes in the GIS and all other capabilities necessary to work with the marked product.
