Compatibility about "the Viola of 8 joint ventures"
JSC CB Panorama and the company "IVK" provided compatibility the Russian geographic information systems of the Panorama family from domestic protected operating system "Viola of 8 joint ventures" on platforms "Elbrus" with processor "Elbrus-8C". GIS Operator based on Elbrus for Astra Linux OS
On July 20, 2020 Astra Linux Group also Panorama design office announced creation of a line of software products for application among OS Astra Linux Special Edition release Leningrad on the platform "Elbrus" with micro processor "Elbrus-8C". The uniform ecosystem includes GIS Operator for law enforcement agencies, server applications GIS WebServer SE and Imagery Creator, cartographic service GIS WebService SE, the GIS "Server", service for creation and updating of pyramids of Imagery Service tiles and also Databank of digital maps and DZZ. The complex of programs of CB Panorama allows to create store, to update and publish space data with the automated formation of geocoverings.
According to the developer, GIS Operator provides evident submission, processing and the analysis of diverse data for decision making processes. Software contains tools and editing cards of an operational situation, allows to execute measurements and calculations, overlay transactions, to build 3D models, to process raster data. Means of preparation of graphic documents in a digital and printing form and also tools for work with databases are a part of a product.
As noted in Astra Linux, in GIS the flexible classification system of space data, "smart" conventional signs, support of the open international standards OGC, ISO 19100 for information exchange and its display are implemented. The database of parameters of national coordinate systems on the EPSG code is used. The program supports international standards of display and storage of sea and air navigation data of IHO and ICAO. Display in GIS of topographic, special maps and plans of the cities meets the requirements of "Information cartographic support of Russian Armed Forces" of IKO-2008, and special cards of an operational situation are created and displayed according to KEUZ, "The qualifier of electronic conventional signs of an operational situation".
According to the statement of Astra Linux, cloud the GIS WebServer SE application is available to creation of different geoportals from any computer. The solution allows to automate the publication of the changing space data, to create and edit new layers. It is possible to combine layers from different services and geoportals, to recalculate their coordinates, to select transparency and an order of display. Creation of thematic cards and cartograms, accomplishment of geodetic calculations on location, display of 3D models according to open vector cards, matrixes of heights and pictures of the area without preparation of model are provided. Also the application can find optimal routes, obtaining information from GIS WebService SE. Data exchange with service is executed according to the specification OGC WMTS, OGC WMS and the expanded REST interface API on to the protocol HTTP.
Imagery Creator provides creation and updating of pyramids of tiles in the PNG or JPEG format according to the space data managed by the GIS "Server". A basis for pyramids of tiles — a combination of digital vector maps, space and aerial photography, matrixes of heights, data from geoportals, etc. They can be published under the OGC WMTS protocol using GIS WebService SE or to display in GIS Operator.
The databank of digital maps and remote sensing of Earth is intended for accumulation, accounting and issue of the cards given to DZZ, matrixes of heights, documents and points of a planned and high-rise basis. Possibilities of bank include systematization of GPI archive, collective access, display of metadata via the browser, etc. The source of information is GIS WebService SE service, for the addressing schemes of metadata and the placement of materials to storage the GIS "Server" is used.
