Was born on May 31, 1965 in Leningrad (since 1991 - St. Petersburg).

Education

1987: LGU of A.A. Zhdanov

In 1987 graduated from law department of the Leningrad state university of A.A. Zhdanov (since 1991 - St. Petersburg State University).

Career

1987: Work as the lawyer on industrial enterprises

In 1987 - 1994 worked as the lawyer at industrial the enterprises and at different positions in creditno-financial organizations of Leningrad- St. Petersburg.

1994: AB "Imperial"

From 1994 to 1999 - the legal adviser, the head of legal department of branch AB "Imperial" (lost the license on January 20, 2004) in St. Petersburg.

2000: Work in Evrofinance and the Vice president for legal support SIBUR

From 2000 to 2002 consistently took positions of the head of legal services, deputy manager in FAKB Evrofinance in St. Petersburg, the vice president for legal support - the director of Legal department petrogaschemical SIBUR of JSC Siberian and Ural Company (JSC).

2002: Gazprom

From 2002 to 2006 held a position of the deputy chief of legal department of JSC Gazprom.
