2020: The announcement of robotic "hand" for training of school students and students

The Avtomatika concern provided on August 25, 2020 to State Corporation Rostec robotic "hand" for training of school students and students of exploitation of robots at production (The educational SD1-4-320 robot). The robotic manipulator of production of JSC NPP Signal entering into concern is intended for circles, schools and average special educational institutions.

The four-axial manipulator is easily programmed. It can be equipped with captures and the equipment: pneumatic or mechanical capture, the laser engraver, the module for 3D - printing that allows to execute different types of works. Also tape conveyor for procurement movement is provided. It is completely domestic development which will cost to educational institutions considerably cheaper of import analogs.

The concern already started tests of the first batch, the serial release is planned for the end of 2020.

"Development can replace educational robots of foreign production, at the same time the cost of a product will be lower more than twice. Construction of the robot ensures complete safety when using that is important for educational institutions. Our product is distinguished also by simplicity of management and programming that, undoubtedly, will be estimated by schools, professional schools, circles and universities", - the CEO of Avtomatika Concern Vladimir Kabanov told.

The robot conforms to requirements of the order Minprosveshcheniya of Russia of 9/3/2019 No. 465 "About the approval of the list of the training aids and education necessary for implementation of educational programs of the primary general, main general and secondary general education<…>".
