Amtel-Service is IT service company, renders a range of services on design, creation and technical support of IT and the engineering systems in all regions of the Russian Federation. It is founded in 2003, enters into AMTEL group. More than 1000 projects in the territory of 85 regions of the Russian Federation are implemented.

Amtel-Service renders a full range of technical support services of different IT systems and also performs IT outsourcing of offices and "turnkey" branches. In the separate direction the projects of pokopiyny service of the printing equipment providing to customers, at the same time, expense optimization on printing for 20-30% and high-quality service according to SLA are selected.

In a portfolio Amtel-Service mainly geographically distributed service projects, also the company actively works with a segment of medium and small business. The service center performs support in the round-the-clock mode, has the powerful automated control system for projects supported with regulations of mandatory control of execution of requests according to the set SLA parameters.

Performance Indicators

2017: Growth of revenue by 6% (share of service projects of 67%)

Consolidated revenues of the company were 3.168 billion rubles that is 6% higher than an indicator of previous year. In structure of revenue, as well as in last years, service projects prevail, and the directions of information and technical security became the most fast-growing.

About 67% of turnover Amtel-Service are the share of a share of the direction of service and outsourcing in 2017. The general growth of this direction did not exceed 1%, however there were significant changes in its structure. So, the project scope of classical IT services regarding support of the computer and office equipment almost twice decreased, having given way to service of difficult IT systems and systems of technical security, projects of outsourcing of information security and also the complex projects "infrastructure as service". Nevertheless, the coefficient of prolongation of service contracts in 2017 exceeded 60%.

The greatest dynamics at the end of year was shown by services of information security support with a gain in 23% and also the direction of the engineering systems, including the systems of physical security, with a gain in 17%. Both of these directions are implemented as within services of creation of infrastructure, and service SLA contracts. So, the direction of outsourcing of information security grew almost by 6 times.

Also complex projects on protection of private clouds, ensuring fulfillment of requirements of the state and industry regulators, including in the field of personal data protection and compliance to requirements 152-FZ became points of growth of the direction of information security in the commercial sector. In public sector grew demand for the systems of protection SIS (state information systems) and their certification for compliance to requirements 17 Orders of FSTEC.

Also special attention is paid to the modern threats connected with mobility and transition to clouds, and according to solutions of the classes Mobile Device Management, Web Application Firewall, AntiDDoS, Cloud Access Security Broker, – Zaletsky Alexey, the head of department of information security comments on Amtel-Service. – These trends provide growth of the market of cybersecurity on average by 20% a year and define key vectors in formation of our service portfolio and projects".

Core business Amtel-Service is concentrated on the large, including geographically distributed organizations public sector and also financial, power and petrogas the enterprises Russia.

2016: Growth of revenue by 23% thanks to cybersecurity services

In April, 2017 Amtel-Service published some results of the work for previous year. Revenue of the company rose by 23% in many respects thanks to services in information security field (cybersecurity).

In 2016 Amtel-Service gained 2.98 billion rubles against 2.43 billion rubles the previous year. In a ranking "TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia" at the end of 2016 the Amtel-Service company took the 35th place. About 80% of the specified income were the share of infrastructure and service projects in the state and financial sectors.

The greatest growth rates were shown by the direction of services of information security where revenues of the company increased by 77% thanks to projects on ensuring protection of the private clouds unrolled on infrastructure of corporate or commercial data center and also services in ensuring personal data protection.

Besides, growth is recorded in the direction of outsourcing of information security. The volume of rendering these services in this segment in 2016 was small, but already in the 2017th 10-fold growth, from shares about 5% in a total turnover of the company is planned. Services of information security bring to "Amtel-service" about 20% of revenue.

The direction of service and outsourcing still is key, more than 71% of total sales Amtel-Service fall to its share. In revenue of this direction not only classical IT services, but also the complex projects "infrastructure as service" including creation of infrastructure and its providing as service under SLA contracts, services of outsourcing of information security and also service of post warranty repair of the IT equipment are considered.

The basis of the customer base Amtel-Service is formed by large customers. More than 50% of turnover of the company are the share of public sector, also among key industries – finance and insurance, power, an oil and gas sector.

Today it is simpler to us to compete for implementation of large and non-standard projects where the main value competences of technical specialists regarding design are, creations and supports of effective solutions and also competent management of geographically distributed contracts. On similar projects we concentrated the efforts in 2016 and we are going to continue this line in the next years — the deputy CEO Amtel-Service Mikhail Golovachev noted.

2015

Revenue of the company exceeded 2.43 billion rubles, having shown fivefold growth in comparison with previous year. The direction of IT outsourcing and service support became a key vector of development, having made more than 60% of the total amount of income. In 2016 the company is also going to save positive dynamics in the market.

The services of IT outsourcing and service support implemented based on the service center "AMTEL-SERVICE" became the most fast-growing direction in 2015, having shown 6 multiple growth. Growth is provided at the expense of geographically distributed contracts and also expansion of competences. So, in 2015 own production base of diagnostics and repair of a broad spectrum of ADP equipment is created, in the separate direction projects of pokopiyny service of the printing equipment are selected.

The powerful share (about 20%) in a service portfolio is still made by the infrastructure projects implemented in all regions of the Russian Federation. Also in 2015 the company considerably increased competences in the field of information and technical security – about 10% of sales volume fall to their share.

In 2015 in AMTEL-SERVICE there was a department of IT consulting implementing all range of services on business process automation of the companies of the different industries on the 1C Platform. The department gathered in the structure the strongest team from more than 40 consultants and developers. The basis of the customer base AMTEL-SERVICE is formed by the large and medium-sized geographically distributed companies. More than 50% of turnover of the company are the share of public sector, also among key industries to – power, an oil and gas sector, finance and insurance. Among customers – the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Emercom of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, RAO ES of the East, "MOESK", "The Eurasia drilling company, "MUEC", NPP Zvezda, SPSR Express, Tinkoff Bank, Energotransbank, "Metlayf insurance company, World Trade Center, Oriflame, etc.

2017

Post warranty repair of the IT equipment

In March the company announced service start — post warranty repair of the IT equipment. Earlier the company performed repair only within long-term service contracts, today the service of repair can use as independent, including under agreements on rendering single works.

In the last decade of analytics and players of the market stated and predicted rapid growth of the Russian outsourcing market of technical support of the IT equipment. However recession of economy of 2014-2015 introduced the amendments both in volume, and in a format of consumption of services. Budgets on service were strongly cut off, including in many government institutions, at the same time cost value of service grew practically in proportion to growth of dollar exchange rate. Many companies began to look for methods of the solution of infrastructure tasks for smaller money, refusing a part of services and pro-active IT support towards elimination of problems upon.

These trends in the market of service IT services found reflection in change of a service portfolio of the Service center "AMTEL-SERVICE", in particular, in emergence of the selected repair service. Today the company performs diagnostics and repair of a full range of the IT equipment, including servers, storage systems, active network equipment, uninterruptible power supply units, the computer and printing equipment, telephony devices. Services of repair are rendered as under agreements on rendering single services, so within long-term repair contracts.

Amtel-Service updated utility programs

In the spring of 2016 AMTEL-SERVICE optimized quantity and structure of basic Utility programs on support of IT systems on the basis of requirements analysis of customers based on last year. Service support extends to all IT systems, including multivendor.

In the company 3 service packets work: BASIC, Serebryany (SILVER), and Gold (GOLD), the included services differing in set. Within each of packets the customer sets the required SLA parameters and overtype modes of the equipment for the period of repair and also additional options, for example, onsite-services, preventive actions. The utility program SILVER, especially for medium-sized companies is in the greatest demand, allowing to receive necessary services of support for available cost. Also for large projects individual formation of set of services and options is provided.

Amtel-Service confirmed compliance to requirements of ISO/IEC 20,000

Amtel-Service confirmed compliance of business processes and service quality of technical support of IT systems to requirements of the 20000-1-2013 ISO/IEC GOST P standard (ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011).

Certification on the 20000-1-2013 ISO/IEC standard confirms the high level of management and efficiency of operational business processes of the Service center "Amtel-Service". More than 100 service quality indicators at all stages of their providing, including the speed of reaction of engineers, speed of solving of tasks, observance of parameters of the agreement, parameters of information security, assessment by customers of the executed requests and others are checked, certified and are automatically traced. Moreover, effectively built production processes allow the company to reduce costs and to offer customers more beneficial prices that is especially relevant today.

The range of competences of own repair center is expanded

Amtel-Service, IT service company of Russia, expanded a range of competences of own repair center. The company performs diagnostics and repair of a full range of the IT equipment and office equipment, including servers, storage systems, active network equipment, uninterruptible power supply units, the computer and printing equipment, telephony devices.

The repair center was formed based on the service center "Amtel-Service" in the middle of 2015 under tasks of repair, replacement and recovery of spare parts of the network and server hardware under several key service contracts. The decision on expansion of a range of competences was made based on a year, shown real reduction of terms on recovery of the equipment, expense optimization on the maintenance of substitution fund and ZIP. According to the statistics of last year, about 80% of the repaired equipment managed to be recovered without use of expensive parts and spare parts of producers.

Own production base is equipped with the modern certified metering, diagnostic and soldering equipment. Repair of a broad spectrum of the equipment is performed at the hardware level, including the most difficult nodes and spare parts. Capacities of the repair center allow to recover more than 20 thousand parts of ADP equipment a year.

Further development of competences of the repair center will be closely integrated to growth of number of service contracts and also expansion of a range of services. So, in plans Amtel-Service for 2016-2017 start of the direction on support of the industry specialized equipment, including medical, the cash registers.

Service of maintenance and operation of the engineering systems of buildings and constructions, and DPCs

At the beginning of summer of 2016 it was announced start of the new service direction – maintenance and operation of the engineering systems of buildings and constructions, including the data processing centers (DPC). The realization of these services will be enabled based on the Service center of the company.

The competences AMTEL-SERVICE including support and operation of video surveillance systems and access control, the fire, climatic protection systems, power supply systems and uninterrupted power added the main direction of service of IT systems. Complex approach to support of all IT infrastructure of objects provides to the customer the uniform center of responsibility for operability of all systems, convenience of layer management of service, and often and cutting of costs for operation. Today such approach is demanded by the companies of all industries, especially on projects of technical support of DPC where engineering infrastructure is not simply connected with IT, and directly influences functioning and smooth operation of the computing equipment.

The service center "AMTEL-SERVICE" renders all range of services – from support of the separate systems before development of strategy of a sorsing and complex IT service of "turnkey" objects. The most part of service projects has geographically distributed character and is implemented as in the state, and private organizations in all regions of Russia.
