Rostec will prepare heads of digital transformation of Perm Krai

2020: Retraining of personnel

The State Corporation Rostec announced on September 9, 2020 participation in retraining of personnel and the project implementation aimed at the development of electronic services using mechanisms of the public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of information technologies in Perm Krai. The corporation will prepare the training program of heads of digital transformation (CDTO – Chief Digital Transformation Officer).

The corporation gives support of the region to administration within the agreement signed earlier by the CEO of Rostec Sergey Chemezov and the acting as the governor of Perm Krai Dmitry Makhonin. According to the results of the meetings held on August 28, 2020 in Perm Krai, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko gave instructions about preparation of offers on assessment of "a digital maturity" of Perm Krai and also project implementation in the direction of PPP.

Training will be provided based on Academy of Rostec according to educational programs in the field of information technologies. Training will be had by heads of digital transformation of Prikamye whose candidacies were approved at the IV meeting of Coordination council on development of digital economy of Perm Krai.

the Enterprises of Rostec actively promote digitalization of Russian regions, implementing "smart" technologies and giving expert support. In Perm Krai we will improve skills of specialists who will prepare and implement strategy for digital transformation. In the region electronic services already actively develop – so, since the beginning of academic year the website of the Perm educational system is started, until the end of 2020 it should integrate more than 664 thousand teachers, pupils and parents. The project on training of leaders of digital transformation is designed to train managers for transition from informatization of separate departments to complex digitalization of the industries, – the director of digital transformation of State Corporation Rostec Rachik Petrosyan noted.

Digital transformation of Perm Krai should lead to high-quality and structural changes in the industries of the housekeeper and state regulation, and, eventually, to provide to citizens convenient and qualitative services in housing sectors, health care, education, transport. Similar services are supposed to be developed using mechanisms of public-private partnership.

The acting as the governor of Perm Krai Dmitry Makhonin emphasized that Prikamye is on the leading positions in the field of high technologies among regions.

In three years in this direction large-scale work is done. Further the government of the region will not reduce attention to the IT sector. One of key tasks of the edge authorities – to make Perm Krai the region of successful people, people of new generation and the IT industry, – Dmitry Makhonin said.
