2020: The agreement on implementation of "digit" in the region

The administration of Kursk region and the Digital Economy organization signed the agreement on cooperation what the last announced on October 28, 2020.

Digitalization of the region and development of technologies in it within the Digital Economy of Russia project and other national, federal and departmental projects will become the key purpose of cooperation. Signatures in an electronic format under the document were appended by the CEO of the Digital Economy organization Evgeny Kovnir and the Governor of Kursk region Roman Starovoyt.

The parties agreed about implementation in the territory of Kursk region of actions of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation", projects on implementation of digital technologies and platform solutions in economy, the social sphere, including health care and education, the sphere of the public and municipal administration, the public and municipal sector of economy, including on the basis of the solutions included in "base of effective cases" of the Digital Economy organization.

Within the signed agreement experts of digital economy in November, 2020 will hold two first strategic sessions "Digital Pumping of Business" - for agro-industrial complex and the cultural sphere. During breynstorm experts of domestic digital business will diagnose the available digital technologies and platform solutions in the region and will create target indicators of digital transformation of the industries, priority for the region. According to the results of "pumping" experts will define the list of solutions for implementation in the region in the short term.

We are in a stage of rapid development of digital technologies and their applications in all spheres of life activity of the person – from the social sphere to specific industries of economy. We aggregated the most perspective and interesting scenarios of use by citizens of state services and services of business in regional base of cases of digital transformation. For October, 2020 in base it is collected more than 220 best digital practician. Acting for the benefit of inhabitants together with administration of Kursk region, we suggest to use these cases in "digital pumpings". We carried out such breynstorma with participation of the state and the companies of digital leaders already in 14 regions of Russia, they proved the efficiency for digital transformation of real branches of the economy and demand at the subjects of the Russian Federation, - the CEO of the Digital Economy organization Evgeny Kovnir comments.

Decree No. 474 formulated tasks of digital transformation till 2030 more accurately. It is clear, that "digit" goes with us on life, practically on all spheres of life activity. For ourselves personally, for a command of Kursk region we set big, ambitious tasks of digitalization. We understand how it is difficult therefore we expect interaction from ANO "Digital economy, - the head of Kursk region Roman Starovoyt told.

The deputy governor Viacheslav Berzin noted, in Kursk region active digitalization in the different directions is conducted. Practices are in HSC spheres, education, cultures, housing and public utilities, creation of intelligent transport systems is begun, solutions within the Smart City program are considered.
